Had a good, efficient experience today setting up my account with ginger energy. Leanne was super responsive and helpful, made my life very easy.

We had to contact Ginger Energy because the management company for our building sent us a bill for gas aged debt for £1690.00.
Anna Bennett at Ginger was absolutely fantastic in helping us sort out this amount.
Thanks to Anna it became apparent that over £1200.00 of this bill was for a tenant going back over two years who basically did a runner.

Would not recommend. The positiv reviews aren't genuine if you take a look at the dates and how many 5 star reviews are left by the individual you'll see they leave one positiv review and tht's it. They also started to appear quite frequently if you pay attention to the dates.

Your bill is split amongst other tenants so you aren't paying for your own.

Shame on TP for doing nothing about the situation and endorsing bad behaviour and misleading consumers.
