Out of stock twice in one purchase, not willing to refund, over 2 months I never get my refund back. I be your customer over 10 years I can’t believe how can you did to your customers like this. I lost $203 you lost a good customer.

Superb customer service and excellent prices. I don't buy my Cuban cigars from anyone else. Shipping is fast and they always pack my cigars with care , my cigars always arrive in great condition vacuum sealed with a boveda pack.

I tried an order for the 2nd time in about 7 years, the first being whilst I was living in Singapore and was slightly concerned the customs folks wanted a word with me! This recent order was sent to Australia, and it arrived, eventually 2 months after ordering. The order could have come quicker but it sat in Switzerland for a month with no explanation as to why. I had to chase and the tracking function was useless. Once it transit it took 4 weeks. Australian customs was straightforward and the package arrived undamaged. The cigars were dry but nothing that my humidor couldn’t rectify. So all in all a good experience but I would urge the vendors to 1) ensure the order is sent immediately, secondly add some extra humifidification packs to ensure the cigars arrive in good order. I would definitely order again!
