Secondly, their customer service is the best anywhere. I had a slight issue with the delivery of the first batch of cigars I had ordered, and VIP handled and took care of it right away and made me feel valued as a customer.

In relation to dryness of the cigars, please be advised we recommend putting cigars in a Humidor at 70% humidity for at least 3-5 weeks before smoking them. The cigar is a natural product and to achieve the best smoking experience we highly recommend putting it in a Humidor for a couple of weeks.
In relation to cigar cracks, we would require that you forward pictures of the affected cigars to our Customer Service Team in order to provide further assistance towards your order, we apologize for this inconvenience as we always expect that the received products are always in the best state possible.
