Very bad

Very bad. Very bad customer services by the new account manager, both in terms of manner and attitude.

Besides, no body informs me where the cigars are about, despite it was despatched for 20 days. This is very bad experience which is never happened over the period of five years. I suggest to name a new account manager for me, I the past, I am used to inform after 7 days where the cigars are about,

I have been waiting for almost five…

I have been waiting for almost five months for my shipment . I have asked for a refund but they are not refunding me . They keep saying just wait and a soon as they can they will try to reship my shipment . They
have not even offered me a free anything to compensate me ????

Cigars are great

Cigars are great, but there is too much risk delivering to the US. My order was originally placed in July. After customs seized the first shipment and forced me to pay to have the 2nd shipment released, it was October by the time I received my cigars. Again, product was fine, but stop promoting shipping to the US.
