I answered your Nano XP filter promo- questionnaire for a 25% discount upon completion. I completed the questionnaire and filled out the order form with my payment information for the 25% discount. When I clicked on "Apply" my application was declined. I tried again and the same problem. So, begrudgingly I re-entred my order for the regular 15% off and that went through. I have since received my filter and have no complaints about the product but feel like I was scammed by the promotional.

I have a subscription so filter arrives automatically and I love the system.

This pitcher is heavier than my earlier one--it probably holds more, which is both an advantage and disadvantage! The well water tastes great and we know it's safe! Keep up the good work!

The filtered water tastes crisp and clean. I actually want to drink it.

Using the filter is easy and cleans the tap water quickly.

absolutely adore these filters. i feel much more confident drinking my water knowing most of the lead, PFAS, etc. are being removed.

It has become very difficult to connect with a customer representative. Leaves me feeling unappreciated.

After researching water filters, I decided on Epic Water Filters. The buying experience was simple and straightforward and we are extremely happy with the taste of the filtered water.

I received my filters extremely fast shipping was amazing

Quality & product. This is a better solution for my family. Inline Epic with my refrigerator for ice and water. No more filling a container that sits in my fridge. Thank you EPIC!!

I needed help with a filter flow and it was resolved on its own

I love that it filters all the contaminants with a great flow rate.

I have been using Epic water filters in my water bottle for 2years and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants clean water. I use only "filtered" water in my water bottle, yet when I changed the filter this month, the nice white filter had turned very gray. I change the filter at each change of season. I love drinking clean water and I have confidence in my Epic filter.

I have been a big fan for years and love the products… Wouldn’t be without my water pitcher

I signed up with epic over a year ago, and I have been very pleased with the products. Shipping was very smooth, and if I had any questions, they were answered on my email. It’s just an all-around quality service and product. I did a lot of research before using epic water filters before I made my decision, and I’m glad I went with epic. I haven’t had any issues at all, and my water taste great without all the garbage that can be in your tapwater. I love the new XP filter, and I plan to continue using epic indefinitely. The shipping and delivery were also on time without any delays.

Customer service corrected an error with my account that caused a double order to be sent. They were able to correct the order and cancel the second shipment.

Service rep "Ryan" emailed, understood our problem, shipped replacement filter asap. Replacement filter works great. We've been a customer for years and like the water taste, filter process, small buz mission. Note: as an experienced long-term customer, we don't care for multiple AI instructions back and forth prior to reaching Ryan.

Easy to use, a really good product, better for the environment, I feel safer drinking my tap water, so important to have this product, excellent automatic delivery of a new filter right when I need it. Thank you!

I don't know where the water for my RV park comes from, but it is literally beige. I wish I could attach a picture, because you would see the difference between what goes into my EpicFilter and what comes out. I would go thirsty before drinking the before water. The after water is crystal clear and tasty! I won't give my cats the before water. I'm honestly concerned for the health of my neighbors who don't filter their water. I rest easy, knowing I'm doing the best I can do for myself.

Good price, made in the USA, fast & free shipping with an Amazon account, and best of all the water tastes really good compared to tap water.
