It is easy to use; water tastes better;the timer is a great reminder on when to change the filter. We needed to replace the timer and the company was great about replacing it.

Glad you're enjoying the product and that we were able to get you the replacement part you needed easily! We really appreciate the kind review Timothy! 🙂
Unfortunately I found it impossible to remove the old, non-functioning timer without damaging the lid. I assume this timer works perfectly, but I'll likely never know.

Please let our support team know you're unable to get the timer out. They can likely provide you with a new lid. It can be a bit difficult to switch out timers, as you need a tool like a thin flathead screwdriver to pop it out. I'm sorry about the difficulty.
