More often than not, the water just sits in the top section, not filtering. This happened shortly after new filters were installed. Never had this problem before.

The last filter I recieved became glogged after about 30 days. Also, the last two filters were consistently getting airbubbles in the dome, therefore water became trapped in the resivoir and not filtering. I prefer to gather facts in order to make an intelligent decision to move forward. So I contacted Epic vs taking it to social media. I soaked the filters before using, (which I never had to do before). I read and reread instructions. Could it be the water? design change? or something else I did not think of? I am not certain of the dates. The response was throwing money-a free filter to go away and absolutely nothing to know how to move forward. The response left frustration and I had neither the energy nor the time to process. Now I am looking into alternatives.

Been using epic for several years, been through a couple of pitchers all ready. Great product, epic water filtered water is all we use for cooking and drinking, including our pets.

I do a lot of research before I invest in water filtration systems. I have read ratings about Epic Systems from two highly trusted, unbiased nonprofit organizations. Both rated Epic flyers as removing the greatest number of unhealthy substances such as heavy metals, chlorine and more. I wouldn't use any other product for my family's health and safety.

The last filter I ordered like this stopped working after only a couple months! No water was flowing out of it anymore! This filter needs to have more than just one hole in the bottom for water to drain out. It should be designed better for optimal filtration.

Clean fresh water with a great water taste. The filter is expensive but I will pay because of superior water filtering. I live in Iowa and am concerned about the water quality here, and will not pay for bottled water which cannot be trusted either. Long time member of the clean water club.

I think its a little over priced.I realized yo cut back on the plastic waist by just sending the filter.I feel you should have also cut back on the price...

The time limit doesn’t always show correctly so I have to have how fast or slow the water is dripping. So far I seem to average three to four months. I also don’t know if the filter is doing its job. How would I know unless I have filtered water tested. The water taste good. Looks clear and you say it’s good. I have to trust it is so. I do have problem opening the filter container
