Fin mounting Kind of difficult. Schraubenverlust zeichnet sich ab. Kundenservice gut.

Really happy with the blue fin board but the clips for the attachable seat have corroded and snapped within 4 years even when rinsed with fresh water. I did raise this concern as it appears to be a design fault of material choice but was told the accessories only have a warranty period of 1 year.

Had my board 4 years absolute quality i would by no other brand had a problem with the board clip and they just replaced it , I have a 13ft Cruise Board highly reccomemd

​Je partage mon expérience et ma grande déception suite à l'achat d'un SUP Carbon 12' leur haut de gamme sur le site bluefinsupboards.eu  - Ayant constaté après coup de nombreux avis négatifs sur la fiabilité de ce modèle en carbone et autres de la marque, "vous pouvez constater les 15% d'avis 1 étoile très négatifs sur Trustpilot et idem sur Amazon" c'est énorme, de ce fait, j’ai immédiatement voulu annuler ma commande passée le samedi soir 27 juin 2026 en week-end à 20h46, le lendemain soit (dimanche 28 juin 2026), bien sûr pas encore envoyée 
​Sur leur site, Bluefin se présente de façon idyllique : « En tant qu'entreprise familiale, vous pouvez être sûr que chaque membre de notre équipe partage les mêmes valeurs et objectifs [...] chaque paddleboard est soigneusement conçu et construit par des experts. » La réalité du terrain est à des années-lumière de ce discours romantique : c’est une machine industrielle froide, gérée par des lignes de code et des robots.
​Le parcours du combattant commence dès le dimanche après-midi : le service client est filtré par un faux conseiller ("J") qui tente de vous endormir avec une fausse photo et un badge "en ligne en direct", tout en répondant totalement à côté de la plaque.
​Plus grave encore : après avoir envoyé un message ferme pour exiger l'annulation, je reçois un e-mail automatique à 20h54 le dimanche 28 juin 2026 en soirée affirmant pompeusement : « Votre commande est en chemin ». Un pur mensonge informatique pour me mettre devant le fait accompli, puisqu'aucun transporteur ne charge de colis un dimanche à cette heure-là.
​Il a fallu que je hausse le ton par écrit, en menaçant de refuser le colis et en dénonçant leurs méthodes, pour qu'enfin une réponse (signée K, vraie humaine ou autre algorithme avec la même photo ronde et le même point vert) reprenne la main le lundi matin 29 juin 2026 à 8h16 pour me confirmer l'annulation. C'est la preuve absolue que le colis n'était jamais parti et qu'on m'avait menti la veille.
​Matériel chinois vendu au prix fort à 800€ pour le Paddleboard SUP gonflable haut de gamme Orange Carbon 12' (faux carbonne) (à non désolé à 799,99€ c'est mieux) faussement remisé de 400€ (à non désolé 399,01€) (déjà le prix dun SUP moyen) et sous couvert d'un joli storytelling "familial", robotisation à outrance qui détruit la relation client et entourloupes logistiques automatisées : Bluefin a définitivement perdu ma confiance. À éviter absolument.
Conclusion, très déçu de cette société "BLUEFIN" dommage je me réjouissait, heureusement ma lucidité a été plus forte afin d'éviter les ennuis futurs. Il me reste à trouver mon bonheur avec une société beaucoup plus sérieuse et fiable en vente de SUP mais aussi plus humaine.  
​(Note aux futurs acheteurs : Ne vous faites pas avoir par la réponse automatique et standardisée que le robot de Bluefin va coller sous mon avis disant qu'un membre de leur équipe va me contacter. Ils font ce copier-coller sur tous les avis négatifs pour sauver les apparences sans jamais rien régler).

EDIT du 01/07/2026 : Suite à mon avis, la responsable du SAV (E) m'a contacté par e-mail pour tenter de se justifier. Première preuve de leur prétendue "proximité familiale" : elle m'appelle "Jean" au lieu de Jean-Yves... Un manque de rigueur flagrant pour une responsable clientèle. Dans son long pavé, elle tente d'expliquer que tout est géré par des humains, mais avoue en même temps que leur organisation est totalement éclatée entre des bureaux administratifs au Royaume-Uni et un entrepôt aux Pays-Bas. C’est la confirmation même de ce que je dénonce : ce ne sont pas des humains qui suivent les dossiers, c'est une usine à gaz logistique internationale où les systèmes informatiques s'emmêlent les pinceaux (envoi de faux mails d'expédition mensongers le dimanche soir).
​Cerise sur le gâteau : à aucun moment dans son message Emma n'exprime le moindre regret ni la moindre excuse pour ces dysfonctionnements. Elle préfère clore le sujet de manière hautaine. Si leurs conseillers étaient si "humains", le dénommé (J) aurait été capable de valider mon geste commercial de 35€ la veille plutôt que de saboter une vente totale de 880€ par pur m'en-foutisme.
​C'est sans aucun regret : j'ai immédiatement trouvé mon bonheur chez un concurrent bien plus sérieux en commandant un Aqua Marina CASCADE Tandem 11'2 (le SUP et kayak gonflable 2-en-1 de 340 cm) sur le site de Kaufland. Une commande fluide, un suivi transparent et un produit bien plus polyvalent. Bluefin a perdu un client et offre de belles ventes à ses concurrents.
« Incroyable : (E) responsable, répond après l'annulation et l'avis, payée à brasser du vent ! Au lieu de régler le bug le dimanche avec (J) le scribe payé! Le SAV fait le pompier trop tard. Une gestion commerciale absurde, . » À bon entendeur.

I love my Bluefin SUP. Its lightweight and has had been on many adventures with me. The only complaint I have is the backpack. The bottom of this ripped fairly quickly making it very difficult to transport my SUP. I'd emailed them about this and received a reply saying it was out of warranty, and there's nothing they can do despite this being a manufacturing fault. This has put me off buying from them in the future.

My first one was the bluefin carbon 10'8 last year. I can't describe how stiff this board is for the price, and how well made. I can paddle in open sea with 3.5-4 beaufforts (which is quite an impossible chop) and the board will still be stiff!
Also very good company support so far. Not that I needed anything, but my delivery/packaging/general questions were answered in under 20 mins on their website chat by a real human.

Going for the second buy now. Will report back

I love this brand, very good, stable, quality boards - I own two. recently I purchased some accessories and experienced an amazing customer service. They made sure I will get my stuff in only few days.

Ich möchte hier meine bisher sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Bluefin SUP / Bluefin Trading Ltd. teilen, damit andere Kundinnen und Kunden bei ihrer Bestellung vorsichtig sind.

Ich habe bei Bluefin SUP / Bluefin Trading Ltd. das Sup Cruise 10'8 aufblasbare Paddleboard SUP in Orange für knapp 430 Euro bestellt und direkt per PayPal bezahlt. Auf der Website wurde klar mit schneller Lieferung geworben. Dort stand sinngemäß, dass bei einer Bestellung bis 12 Uhr eine Lieferung bis zum angegebenen Werktag erfolgen soll. Ich habe bereits am Donnerstag, den 28. Mai, bestellt. Laut Angabe auf der Website hätte die Bestellung bis Montag, den 1. Juni, bei mir eintreffen sollen.

Genau wegen dieser Lieferzusage habe ich mich für Bluefin SUP entschieden. Leider ist seitdem fast nichts passiert.

Der Bestellstatus hat sich nicht verändert, von Bluefin SUP kam keine aktive Information und ich musste selbst nachfassen. Erst nach meiner Nachfrage habe ich Trackingnummern von DPD erhalten. Diese bringen mir aber aktuell nichts, da dort bis heute kein echter Fortschritt sichtbar ist. Es sieht lediglich so aus, als wäre die Sendung angekündigt worden, aber nicht tatsächlich an DPD übergeben oder abgeholt worden.

Der Kundenservice von Bluefin SUP ist zwar erreichbar, aber aus meiner Sicht wird nicht wirklich an einer Lösung gearbeitet. Statt einer konkreten Klärung kommen nur allgemeine Aussagen wie hohes Auftragsaufkommen, Verzögerungen bei DPD oder dass die Pakete noch auf Abholung warten. Ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen wurde ebenfalls nicht angeboten.

Für mich ist diese Erfahrung mit Bluefin SUP / Bluefin Trading Ltd. absolut enttäuschend. Der volle Betrag von knapp 430 Euro wurde direkt kassiert, mit schneller Lieferung wurde geworben, aber am Ende muss ich als Kunde hinterherlaufen, nachfragen und Druck machen, damit überhaupt etwas passiert.

Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass es sich um ein Freizeitprodukt handelt, das bewusst rechtzeitig bestellt wurde. Wenn ein Unternehmen mit konkreten Lieferzeiten wirbt, dann sollte es diese entweder einhalten oder proaktiv und ehrlich kommunizieren, wenn es Probleme gibt.

Ich kann aktuell nur sagen: Finger weg von Bluefin SUP / Bluefin Trading Ltd., wenn ihr euch auf eine schnelle und zuverlässige Lieferung verlassen möchtet. Meine Erfahrung mit dem Sup Cruise 10'8 aufblasbaren Paddleboard SUP in Orange ist bisher leider sehr negativ.

Ich bin bereit, diese Bewertung anzupassen, sobald sich wirklich etwas bewegt, die Lieferung nachvollziehbar unterwegs ist oder Bluefin SUP eine faire Lösung anbietet. Aktuell sehe ich aber weder einen echten Versandfortschritt noch ein angemessenes Entgegenkommen.

Zusätzlich sollte man beachten, dass Bluefin Trading Ltd. nicht in Deutschland ansässig ist. Wer dort bestellt, sollte aus meiner Sicht besonders vorsichtig sein und im Zweifel nur mit Käuferschutz, zum Beispiel über PayPal, bezahlen.

Fazit: Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit Bluefin SUP / Bluefin Trading Ltd. – Sup Cruise 10'8 Paddleboard bestellt, direkt bezahlt, schnelle Lieferung wurde beworben, aber bisher keine verlässliche Lieferung, keine aktive Information und keine zufriedenstellende Lösung.

i would of liked instruction pack included .I found the best advice for set up on youtube. Imformation on bluefin site was on an earlier model

Additional Update: I also submitted a product review on Bluefin's website describing the cosmetic issues present on my board with photos, including the glue marks, deck pad marking and deck pad alignment issue. That review has since been removed!

Final Update: Following Bluefin's public response to this review stating that a member of the team would contact me, I did not receive any communication. After I made contact myself, Bluefin explained that this was a "human oversight" and apologised for the confusion.

The original issue regarding the punctured kayak seat was resolved promptly by Bluefin, who arranged a replacement. I was also offered a 5% refund in relation to the glue marks identified on the underside of the board, which I accepted as I had a camping trip planned the following day and did not have sufficient time to arrange a return or replacement.

After using the board, I discovered additional issues with the finish, including a marking on the deck pad and a deck pad alignment issue around the centre carry handle. These issues were not known at the time the refund was offered and accepted.

I provided photographs of these additional concerns to Bluefin. I have been informed that the photographs have been passed to their Quality Assurance team and manufacturer for internal review. However, I have also been advised that the outcome of that review will not be shared with me and that no further warranty claim is required.

Whilst I appreciate the prompt replacement of the punctured seat and the partial refund offered, I remain disappointed that the additional issues identified after purchase have not been specifically addressed. As things stand, I am left with a brand-new board that has a number of cosmetic defects beyond those that were considered when the partial refund was originally offered.

I recently purchased a Bluefin Cruise paddle board and have mixed feelings about the experience.

The board itself performs well on the water. I've now completed my first camping trip with it and have no complaints about its stability, handling or general performance. However, I was surprised by the quality of the finishing details given Bluefin's reputation and the premium price point.

When I first unpacked the board, I discovered that the inflatable kayak seat cushion had a puncture. To Bluefin's credit, their customer support was excellent. I contacted them via online chat, provided a photo, and a replacement was arranged immediately with no arguments or delays.

While packing the board away after the initial setup, I noticed several blobs of glue on the underside of the board. I contacted Bluefin again and was advised that, due to some parts being hand-crafted, there can be a margin for minor cosmetic flaws. They offered a 5% refund, which amounted to around £17. Whilst I appreciated the gesture, I felt it was disappointing given that the board had already arrived with a defective accessory and visible cosmetic imperfections.

At the time I accepted the refund because I had a camping trip planned for the following day and simply didn't have enough time to arrange a replacement board.

Having now used the board, I've noticed further quality issues. There is what appears to be a stain or marking extending from the centre carry handle onto the deck pad, which is not present in the product photographs. In addition, the deck pad around the centre carry handle does not line up correctly, leaving sections of the white PVC visible underneath. None of these issues appear to affect the functionality of the board, but they do detract from the overall finish.

What makes this more noticeable is that I also purchased an Aqua Spirit Barracuda for the same trip. The Barracuda cost roughly half the price of the Bluefin Cruise, yet arrived without any cosmetic defects or manufacturing issues. On the water, I didn't find the Bluefin performed significantly better than the Barracuda despite costing considerably more.

To be clear, I don't think the Bluefin Cruise is a bad paddle board. It performs well and the customer service team were prompt, polite and quick to resolve the punctured seat issue. However, based on my experience, the quality control and finishing details don't match what I would expect from a premium-priced product. If you're paying nearly twice the price of competing boards, it's reasonable to expect a higher standard of craftsmanship and better attention to detail.

Bluefin's customer service was prompt and professional throughout, which is why this review is not lower. However, considering the number of quality issues encountered straight out of the box, I cannot justify a higher rating for a product at this price point.

Pessima esperienza, sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto. Nonostante io sia un utente esperto e abbia trattato la tavola con cura maniacale — lavata con acqua dolce dopo ogni singola uscita e mai lasciata al sole diretto se non in acqua — il SUP ha cominciato a perdere a poppa dopo sole due stagioni e mezza di utilizzo.
Il marketing di Bluefin parla di "saldature", ma la realtà è ben diversa: le giunzioni sono piene di sbavature di colla economica che con il calore e il tempo cristallizza e cede. È una tecnologia superata venduta per premium.
Ma la vera beffa è la tanto pubblicizzata garanzia di 5 anni. Per usufruirne, ti obbligano a spedire il SUP (un pacco da 14 kg) all'estero a tue spese, con costi che variano tra i 60 e gli 80 euro, restando senza tavola per oltre un mese nel pieno dell'estate. In pratica, la garanzia è strutturata per spingerti a ripararla a tue spese da un professionista locale pur di non perdere la stagione.
Non fatevi ingannare dal marketing: la durata reale è ridicola e l'assistenza è inesistente. Meglio investire i propri soldi in marchi che usano vere tecnologie termosaldate. Mai più Bluefin.

Fast delivery, i have been looking at different brands of SUPs for a few months. I decided to give Bluefin a try due to their warranty and contruction claims. Safe to say, i am not dissapointed - very good quality, very stiff, i pumped it to 25psi and its solid a rock, very happy with product, quality and service. thanks

This board is a beast, pumpedup ready for my first outing today. Can definately see why Bluefin is a premium brand. DPD delivery was quick as well, arrived in 1 day.
