I have been SUP boarding for a few years now, and I know to do a lot of research, and I found that Wave was offering a very competitively priced board and of good or better quality. I got the Pro 3 and it surpassed all my expectations. I had a slight issue with a paddle that went missing but Esther in the customer support team was an absolute rock-star and got me a new one sent out the next day. The board + their customer services = My business for life.
DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING, FAULTY PRODUCTS, AND TOTAL RADAR SILENCE — NOW REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS
Do not buy from this company. Their products are defective and their customer service is non-existent.
My nightmare started when my first board developed two major faults within its very first week: the deck pad peeled off completely, and the board warped severely in the sun while I was on it. Because the replacement model was on pre-order and wouldn’t arrive in time for my holiday, I spent even more money to order the Wave Pro 3.0. Shockingly, after just ONE single use on holiday, the seam began splitting apart, and I had to manually glue it back together just to keep it functional.
For the original faulty board, I reluctantly agreed to an exchange for a model that cost £40 less. I asked customer service to use that £40 difference to send me a quick-release waist strap and refund me whatever balance was left over. When the exchange finally arrived, they shipped a completely wrong board model.
The customer service since then has been a masterclass in avoidance. They ignored emails, stalled for time, and completely vanished. They finally collected the wrong board and explicitly promised an immediate refund upon collection. They have completely defaulted on that agreement. They are now holding my money hostage for an exchange board that has been sent back, and I never received the waist strap or the remaining refund balance.
I have had enough of the lies and broken promises. I have officially reported this company to Trading Standards for defective goods and deceptive practices. I am also immediately initiating a case through the Small Claims Court and a bank chargeback to recover every single penny. Avoid them at all costs.

Ordered a rigid sup bag on wheels for next day delivery. Not only did they send me the wrong item but they posted it in a large paper envelope which got scredded to bits damaging the bag they sent me. I just contacted them and have to wait 3-5 working days for a reply.
The bag they sent me is rubbish quality, collapses on itself, has no top handle to drag it by and the wheels are so tiny it cannot take the weight of the board. There are also so many webbing straps (to use as backpack) which further more impedes the silly little wheels even further. I would not recommend this company as Ive noted they often send the wrong items.

I still have not received my order I've had false promises of refunds and sending me a different board which I agreed to.
The communication is rubbish and there is no number to ring.
It's been near a month now and I'm still waiting

Do not trust this company. I ordered the new Wave Tourer paddle board—which I was eagerly tracking —based on the premium specifications and design showcased on their website. Instead, I was shipped a completely different, inferior model that looks absolutely nothing like the advertised product.When I brought this up, a representative named Antria subjected me to blatant gaslighting, trying to manipulate the situation to make me feel like the mistake was mine rather than an undeniable warehouse mix-up on their end.
To compound the deception, another representative named Sophie explicitly promised that my refund would be processed the exact moment the incorrect board was collected, bypassing the wait for it to reach their warehouse.
The incorrect board has been collected, proof of collection was sent immediately, and they have completely defaulted on their promise.
Their customer service operations are an absolute joke. They use "automated" messages as a stall tactic, but suspiciously, these responses only trigger during active working hours and never after hours—proving that a human is manually gatekeeping the queue to deliberately delay resolutions.
I am sent wave the photos of the board I ordered versus the completely incorrect product I received to show them that the board was not as shown in the website.
UPDATE:
Update: I have now confirmed that their website actively filters out and suppresses negative feedback. I submitted a detailed 1-star review on their direct site; it gave a generic confirmation message, but it was immediately hidden from the public view while hand-picked positive reviews continue to appear. This company is actively manipulating its rating to trap unsuspecting buyers."

I ordered the Tourer 3.0 SUP 11’3ft and the company sent me 10’3ft 1 week before my Holiday! They said refund my overpaid and sending me a surprise! Don’t asked me I want to sending back the wrong one! Anyway I said okay because I don’t have time before my holiday! They sent me 2 waterproof phone cases 🤦♂️ which is absolutely joke! Now I wait my money but still not arrived yet! So everyone be careful with this company! Communication very bad 3-4 days the answer! 😡😡😡

Damaged paddle arrived, but didn't open it for a few weeks until I went to use it. Contacted Jacob from customer services who responded quickly and dispatched a replacement paddle on the same day for next day delivery. Thank you Jacob-as excellent customer service should be!

They've even been nice enough to upgrade accessories for me as an apology. Not only did they offer a good follow upservice but even gave me some advice as a first time paddleboarder. All during what I imagine is the busiest time of year for them!

Ordered a kayak on the 12th of June for my husbands birthday, delivery should of been 3-5days. 20 emails later, repeatedly told it was being dispatched soon, order has been cancelled and I am awaiting a refund. I'm hoping I don't have to wait another month for the money to reach my bank account.

I ordered a paddle board. Was given a tracking number. Product didn’t arrive. Got told out of stock. Asked if I wanted to exchange. I would like to exchange or refund.
I have had no reply.
I ordered a paddle board last autumn and again had an issue with the item ordered not being available. Seems a common problem with this company. Anyway still waiting for a refund if an exhange can not be arranged soon.

I received the wrong board, with someone else’s name & address on it. I am trying to contact them to resolve this however no one is replying to my emails or live chats. The customer service is awful, all i want is the correct board for me- not someone else’s. Not to mention how that is a breach of GDPR. The box had my label attached as well as someone else’s. There is no way to speak to someone real urgently & they seem to not care when I am emailing.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I never write reviews but i dont want others to go through what i have. I ordered over a month ago. My board should have arrived well over a week ago. I have been emailing for weeks asking for an update, have asked on their social media also. They have not replied to one of my emails. A bot has replied on social media which advised me to email. Their phone number does not work. I am really questioning if this is a real company. I had previously ordered from them on amazon and they cancelled 2 boards. I am appalled at this service. No way to run a business.

Misinformation on inflation of a wave voyager kayak.bought the kayak but there was no inflation guide ,so contacted wave support and they informed me that the side would 5 psi and the floor 10 psi ,so I went to the lakes 350 miles away at coniston water inflated the side great and the floor got to 7psi BANG blew a hole and split the internal seam tried to repair but inflated lop sided,sent an email to customer services no reply 6 days now?

What great service! Needed a paddle replaced as it arrived with a small defect. Mo was super helpful and understanding and a replacement was couriered to me immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The two boards I bought are great!

I bought a Woody 3.0, took it on a camping trip and first inflation it leaks air from the seal between the board and the valve at only 10 psi.
I asked for a refund or replacement and was told it would be collected between 10am and 4pm on Friday so stayed in and off work, no one collected it. Getting very little response from the email only customer services team.
Awful quality control in the first place, and even worse response.
I have a brand new paddle board that can’t be pumped up over a week later. 2 lake side camping trips ruined. Thanks a lot Wave.

Bought the woody 3.0. Great board for family memories, easily takes an adult and child without becoming unstable in the sea. We did have a defect with the fin release as it broke after the first use. However, an email over to their support line with pictures and the board was replaced. Mo from their support team was great
