Board and accesorys received are completely different to what is advertised on the website.
Company acknowledge that it is significantly different to as advertised but are refusing to provide return postage as is the requirement under the consumer rights act 2015.
Highly recommend staying far away from them.

Voyager 2 seater
I ordered the 2 seater version of the Voyager in Feb 26. Product arrived promptly, however when I opened the additional package (the spare seat and paddle etc) they had sent me the wrong seat, I believe it was the seat for paddleboard not kayak. Thinking it would be an easy fix as the seat couldn't be used on the kayak, I emailed them with a breif explanation.....and then started the email chain of the century over and over I kept receving stupid replies about how the seat "should" fit and that it was somehow my fault and I wasn't atatching it properly. I sent them photos clearly showing the difference in the fixing type but this wasn't good enough in their customer service teams eyes and I had to then send them a video to prove the seat was an incorrect one. Once I had gone through the hassle and faff of creating a private video on Youtube to prove they had made a msitake, they did agree to send a replacement seat and collect the wrong one.
Then we move to May 30th 26. Up until May I had only partially inflated the kayak (3/4PSI)to get an idea of overall size, not even close to the required PSI to float, and had been stored in my friends air-conditioned storage unit whilst I waited for better weather to arrive before taking it out. So you can understand my frustration when I finally got around to planning a trip with my 8 year old step-son down the Wye to do an overnight camp that when I started to inflate the kayak (specifically the main centeral chamber you sit on) it infact had not one, but two punctures. Both along the seams top and bottom, one of them being around 5cm in legnth, the other more severe around 12mm. No way of immediatly fixing it meant we had to cancel our trip.
I have emailed their customer serivce team twice since this incident with photos and a summary of the issue and had zero responces back. I have since fixed the punctures myself using the supplied patch material and some high stregth bonding glue I bought from Amazon.
If I could rate Wave and their customer service less than 1 star (ideally negative figures) I would. Avoid avoid avoid! Find an alternative make and supplier to go with who actually talk to their customers. Awful.

BEST customer service ever.
BEST customer service I have ever encountered. Antria replied to all of my questions super swiftly with every piece of information I needed. A gesture of good will by sending me a pair of fins were more than I have ever expected.

This is my second board from Wave
This is my second board from Wave, and I am very happy with the quality. The board feels stable, durable, and well made. It performs great on the water and gives me confidence when riding. The materials and finish are excellent, and the customer service has also been very helpful. I would definitely recommend Wave products to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality board.

I recently had an issue with a missing item from my order, and I want to say a huge thank you to Wave and Antria for their outstanding customer service.
From the moment I contacted them, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They listened to my concerns, kept me informed throughout the process, and resolved the issue much quicker than I expected.
It’s rare to come across customer service that is both efficient and genuinely caring, but Wave and Antria went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. Their prompt response and dedication to helping me gave me complete confidence in the company.
Thank you again, Wave and Antria, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy to resolve. Your excellent customer service is truly appreciated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Rotten AI Customer Service they'll take your money and run.
Buy a SUP from Decathlon or GoOutdoors - at least if it goes wrong you know you're dealing with a fairly reputable company that honours it's promises.
We bought a drop stitch inflatable - SO unfit for purpose (would not float a small family of 3 on a still river...htg) that we returned via THEIR courier. We sailed past their 7-10 working days refund promise, and I finally got my money back (about day 16) after SO many emails and writing a rotten review on here, that prompted a call from David, seemingly the only human being they employ.
Well done David for resolving my refund.
But I will never deal with Wave again.
Swift replacement of a defected board!
I had an initial manufacturing defect with my wave tourer 3.0 board that I discovered the first time I used it. I emailed wave support and they got back to me quickly, arranged collection of the defected board and sent the same replacement all within 4 days. I had the replacement board in time for that weekend. Antria was helpful, fast to reply to me and sorted my issue out quickly. My replacement board does not have the same issue the first one did and feels sturdy on the water. We also have a kayak with them and have confidence if any issue arose they would sort it quickly. Antria had brilliant customer service and communication and had me back out on the water by the weekend. Fantastic.

Amazing customer service!
I had an issue with a leak on the seam of my kayak floor.
I contacted Wave and Antria replied within 48 hrs.
Within 72 hrs of me contacting them a replacement floor had been sent out.
Cannot fault the customer service, absolutely brilliant!!

Ordered wave navigator for next day…
Ordered wave navigator for next day delivery. Money got taken, kayak never showed up. No phone number to call the company. Emailed them, they took two days to acknowledge my email and told they will investigate and get back to me. 2 more days-no updates. Upon chasing, they said they are chasing this... Whom are they chasing? They are the company.. absolute lack of transparency and the customer service is really not up to scratch.
At this point I feel I'll have to go through my credit card provider to get a refund.

Unfortunately their customer service lets them down here. I ordered a tourer 3.0 and kayak conversion seat that their website says are compatible THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE. After 3 weeks of emails where I have had to send pictures and videos to them showing that it doesn’t fit I am still waiting after a week for their “warehouse team” to measure the seat straps. I was planing on getting a navigator to replace my current itiwit kayak but knowing how difficult it is to get a resolution from them when an issue arises I’ll look elsewhere.
