Excellent customer service
I purchased a kids 4 piece paddle to help my kids learn to paddle. When it arrived It had unfortunately tossed the second paddle in transit. I understand these things sometimes happen but start with the dreaded contact the retailer process and emailed SUPS to explain the issue with the order.
Anitra picked up my email less than 24 hours later apologied for the inconvenience and sent a new unit out that same day. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service.
As for the paddle it is made with quality materials and super lightweight, both boys are getting on well with it.

Ordered the pro 3.0 and the woody 3.0…
Ordered the pro 3.0 and the woody 3.0 in 1 order the woody came with air leak after they was both a day late after paying next day delivery. *update* After customer reaching out a replacement board on the way and the initial contact system is being reviewed hopefully future customers will find it alot easier to have any issues dealt with. I will add the team are very helpful and professional board, the replacement board was delivered next day

Fast and Friendly customer service
Really great experience . I ordered my board and it arrived super quickly . Great purchase am very happy with it, very easy to inflate and pack down in to the carry backpack, with simple and clear instructions of how to do so. I reached out the Wave customer service team with a few queries as I was having some problems with the psi gauge on the pump . David got back to me really quickly with some helpful advice and sent a replacement pump out to me. Very fast and friendly response .

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
Ordered a Sup for 3-5 day delivery on 18th June for a trip away early July. As they had stock on their site I thought it would not be a problem. When the latest delivery date arrived and there was no communication I emailed them and received nothing! I’m now going away in 4 days, they have my money, I have nothing and I’m basically out of options. Im flabbergasted that any company can actually be so bad at simply responding to their customers. I will be seeking legal advice and safe to say will never buy from them again!

In love with my wave paddle board
In love with my wave paddle board. Super easy to set up, attaching the fin is especially easy. I know with some boards it can be a little difficult to attach and remove. But not with this brand. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get a paddle board.

I was first introduced to the pleasurable experience of paddle boarding by my mum who having purchased a wave sup paddle board ensured me of there great service and overwhelming great quality of there products. Amd wow I was not disappointed!. The wave company don't just offer great products, they offer you the chance to re connect with nature,re connect with the pure energy that being in the water brings . The chance to not only learn a new skill but better your body mind and soul ! . The website is clean and efficient , advanced,whilst offering a warm embrace for the new of first time user of there products. I placed my order of my new sup paddle board under the Kean eye and guidance of my mum, taking note of her advice as any young man should in life ! (Lol). And wave amazed me with there fast delivery and expert care of said product, you can tell they are a company that care deeply about there customers on and off the water . Weather you decide to paddle In the shallows or take your wave sup into the deep water . This is a company that have your back . Health and safety is a top priority of theres and there is a well documented panflet and instructions included with every purchase. The boards are beautiful, clean and full of life. Having taken my board to the optimal psi it seemed to take on a new form, like it had a soul of its own, comforting my feet and guiding me on my journey, like a modern day valkery welcoming me to the gates of Valhalla ( minus the blood shed and blood eagles 😂 ) ...but seriously. What great value ,great customer service, and great products wave offer . So much so that I have just purchased my second board having only bought one last week . Its changed my life !

Wave Woody 3.0 SUP
I had a stand-up paddleboard a few years ago and fancied taking it up again. After searching for a few days, I decided on the Wave Woody and I have had no regrets. Ordered Sup from Amazon. Shipped and supplied by wave, this was on 10th June. We are now on the 19th of June. And I still have no SUP. This said SUP was supposed to be delivered on the 11th. 0 attempts have been made to deliver. Was it ever shipped who knows…

Great exerience
I purchased two wave cruiser boards in April, they arrived quickly and are great. I had a question regarding tightening the panels and contacted the team at Wave. They came back really quickly and were really helpful. Answering my (slightly silly) question. Great experience and can't wait to get out on the water.

BEWARE! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
BEWARE! Terrible experience purchasing a Kayak from Wave. They reduced the price by 50% a few days after i ordered. Having contacted customer service, they offered a disgraceful 5% 'goodwill' partial refund instead of the 50% off they were still doing on their website. I wanted to save the hassle for both parties of me purchasing again at the 50% off and returning my original order for the exact same product. Customer service has zero brain cells and couldn't understand that basic logic and refused to offer anything other then a 5% partial refund. If you are NOT purchasing in one of their dramatic 50% off sales (really this is true value of the product), avoid this place as you will be very disapointed when you see they reduce the price by 50% within days.

The Wave Tourer SUP arrived with wrong pump
The Wave Tourer SUP arrived with a single pump instead of dual which was disappointing as wanted to take in on holiday, but Sophie sorted it all out and sent a new dual pump to me, with a surprise gift.

Great customer service
Have really enjoyed using my Wave Woody paddleboard. Unfortunately it developed a leak which I attempted to repair unsuccessfully. I got in touch with Wave and they agreed to replace the board, which arrived the next day. Amazing customer service from Jade!

Great Kayak, Awful customer service
Purchased two kayaks, came next day, well packaged, the kayaks are great but not all that was listed on the website was included, contacted customer service and was told they'd updated the listing and was no longer included, that's great but it was when I purchased, they couldn't care less, telling me over and over again it had been updated on their website now. Honestly one of the worst customer services I've ever experienced.
