I recently ordered a vibration plate and am still waiting to receive it a week later, you cant speak to anybody at the company only someone over a chat box. when I asked for my money back was told they cant refund me until they know where the product is, which in my eyes is not my problem . give me my money back and i will buy from another supplier. would not recomend.

i purchased a vibration plate and i needed to return not recommended by my doctor for me only . i have no complaints regarding customer service no problem returning pick up bt DPD to return tomorrow

Needed to get in touch with Bluefin I messaged them late on an evening and got a reply and confirmation that they had dealt with the problem!

What a fabulous experience using this company and their vibration plate. Customer service is outstanding (thank you, Jake) and the product is really delivering. People are unaware of the benefits of using a vibration plate which is a shame. I’ve researched extensively and found that there are real metabolic benefits to using them consistently. I researched different vibration plates with the help of AI (to cut through the jargon) and AI recommended this one, based on my requirements. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend BlueFin.

I have nothing but praise for the customer service. Very fast response and they give more information than I realised I needed.
I run 12km a day and the Vibration 4D is perfect for warming up and cooling down. It has also improved my strength in areas that were lacking.

I recently purchased a vibration plate from Bluefin.
While the product works, the vibration intensity feels lighter than I personally expected. This may be suitable for beginners, but it did not fully meet my needs.
I have requested a return and I am currently waiting for the return label. I hope the process will be completed smoothly.

Machine is very good quality, and definitely works to reduce fat and cellulite.
I bought the 4 D so amazing for relaxing massage and lymphatic drainage. DON'T hesitate!

Great company great products and brilliant customer service

I WISH I had read the many negative reviews before purchasing 2 vibration plates - 1 for a gift. The one I kept stopped working after a few uses - unlike some reviewers here who received replacements after providing video footage - I was told I would have to return the plate, but was not provided any means to do this. The plate is incredibly heavy and large and requires specialist packaging - I was told if it arrived back with any damage in transit, my warranty would be void. So now I'm left in a position where I cannot post a heavy item without access to proper packaging/courier and cannot get a refund even though I have sent video evidence of the plate malfunctioning. A quick Google also tells me this is a known issue with the vibration plates from this brand - I wish I had checked. DO NOT BUY A VIBRATION PLATE FROM THIS WEBSITE.

¡Cambiad de empresa de transporte, por Dios!. Me ha llegado a través de Fedex e Inpost, un día tarde. La caja, mojada por un lado. Y al abrirla, las protecciones blancas a trozos, señal evidente de un golpe tremendo. El día de la entrega, horas antes cambian el seguimiento, dicen que me comunicarán nueva fecha, y ¡dejan de actualizar nada más!. Un horror. Sin embargo, con temor, la enchufo y funciona. Pero lo tengo claro, voy a comprar en breve una 4D y por supuesto no va a ser a vosotros, con semejantes empresas de envío

Añado después de la respuesta: mi paquete aparecía como "llegando a Andoain" (a 300 kilómetros de la entrega). Y ya no hubo más información. Un día después de la entrega, me mandan un correo indicando que se entrega hoy. Son MUY MALOS, LOS PEORES. Y el paquete, destrozado

My experience was not really good
I wanted to return my vibration plate as I realized after 5 minutes use, it is not right for me as I developed severe colics in the first 5 mints and couldn’t continue as generally I have chronic abdominal problems . But they refuse to return it, as it is now became used, there is not even a simple scratch on it with the original packaging are all available, tried multiple times to explain but no way. I am really disappointed.

Nach zwei Jahren geringer Nutzung ist die Elektronik ausgefallen. Der sog. SUPPORT von BLUEFIN ist nicht bereit zu helfen und benennt auch keine Firma, die diese Geräte reparieren könnte. Sehr schlechter Service! Sitzt in GB. Ist wohl eine KI die einem antwortet.

I got the 4D Bluefin and thrilled with this machine. When researching, it was one of the few who provided technical specifications and it helped a lot to make an informed decision. The plate has such a cool design and I am using it everyday for my arthritis and feel great.Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely loved my products that I got with bluefin. And on the occasion I have contacted customer service I must say it’s 10 out of 10 they are amazing and do everything they can to sort anything out that you need. Highly recommend this company.

My machine didn’t work fine, and after sending an vídeo, the was change the machine without problem. Real good service!

We ordered the Bluefin 4D vibrating plate which is sold at c. £389 so really one of the most expensive on the market. Once you see the quality of manufacture, it is shocking, dirty, unpolished surface and the performance is so poor. either the manufacturer or the seller or both should be ashamed and should recheck their quality processes. we have a unit we we bought from a different manufacturer at £100 and it is far more powerful
