I tried the paddleboard out for the first time yesterday. It’s a great board and all the kit that came with it is fab. I haven’t tried the kayak seat yet but everything else looked great and worked well. I bought the electric pump which is brilliant. I can’t wait to use it again this weekend. Thank you!

I place the order on 18.06.26 I even paid for next day delivery . And chosed to be collected from my local coletion poit. The courier was DPD and since that day till today 08.07.26 still says waiting on DPD send the pick up code . I been in contact with customer service from aqva spirits they asked me to wait couple days if not resived they promise replacement or refund. I was happy with replacement as I really wanted for my family this padlebord what cost me £184 it's a lot of money for anyone. Been now 5 days from last email from customer service. If it was not possible to get replacement. I want refund. It's a lot money for me and my family. And why i use this specify this company because I seen good reviews .there was cheaper padlebords to get from different companies but I was wrong to chose this place .I can't even now not even get replacement of money back .

The delivery was excellent.We have tried the aquaspirit 2on a local lake it seems well constructed
and it tracked quite well in the windy conditions.

Quick delivery but terrible customer service in relation to a broken part and deflation query. Take 24 Hours to respond and the email is not relevant to my previous email. Issue still not resolved.

Company reached out to me by email as stated in their response to this review but have subsequently failed to reply. I am now left with broken parts and missing items from 2 orders.

Great bit of kit. We have 2 of these now, 1 in each colour. Lots of extra gear with them. Fast delivery too

I brought a barracuda board really happy with it. Wanted to be able to pump board whilst I was getting everything ready so purchased an electric pump. On the 3rd use of it, it stopped working halfway through. Sent video & a replacement was sent out. Used it the 1st time this weekend & didn't sound the same as the 1st one like it was struggling to do the job. It started making a loud noise so checked it had reached pressure but not cut off automatically like the last on did. Not sure if there is a fault with this one as well. Have tried to find reviews to see if other people have had issues with the pump but can't find any reviews.

Great board, Great Quality, lots of extras at a really good price and delivered in record time. what more could anyone ask for. I was a gift for my wife and she was over the moon.

took it out last weekend and had a fantastic time. easy to setup, easy to take down and pack away. heavy duty back style bag was a godsend.

I'm thinking about getting rid of my current board and getting one for myself.

Ich habe ein SUP-Board von AquaSpirit gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Die Qualität des Boards ist hervorragend und es macht viel Spaß, damit auf dem Wasser unterwegs zu sein.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den ausgezeichneten Kundenservice. Ich habe mein Paddel auf einem See verloren und den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Die Reaktion kam sehr schnell, und zu meiner Überraschung wurde mir kostenlos ein neues Paddel zugeschickt.
So einen kundenfreundlichen Service erlebt man heutzutage selten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte AquaSpirit-Team! Klare Empfehlung!

I bought the Aqua Spirit Barracuda in January of this year 2026. The board arrived quickly, well packaged and with all parts present. Checked the board and everything appeared well.
On the 3rd time of using the board whilst inflating it the pump broke, despite a detailed account of what has happened Customer Service require a picture or video of the pump not working. They assumed it was an electric pump as they couldn't be bothered to review my order, when asked how the picture will show the manual pump not working they have not been forthcoming.
If Customer Service is this dire after less than 6 months I dread to think the hoops that one will have to jump through after a couple of years.
It's a shame really as the board is quite good.

Bought a barracuda paddle board package. Unpacked what I thought was everything. Amazing quality! Assumed since no paddles were there they would be in the rucksack. Went down to the harbour unpacked everything and no paddles or paddle cover/bag. Emailed company missing items sent out next day great customer service.

Only recieved one missing item. One paddle, one paddle bag. Both were missing. Another weekend of good weather we cannot use the board as a couple. Disappointed

The paddle board itself is elite – incredibly well made, easy to use and hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. It’s brought me and my son hours of enjoyment already.

What really sets AquaSpirit apart, though, is their customer service. On my very first outing, my kayak paddle was unfortunately stolen from the beach. I contacted the team simply hoping to purchase a replacement so I could get back out on the water.

Within 24 hours, Jayvee and Alvin had arranged for a replacement paddle to be sent out completely free of charge. They didn’t have to do that, but they went above and beyond to help me out.

In a world where great customer service seems increasingly rare, AquaSpirit have absolutely nailed it. They’ve gained a customer for life, and I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a paddle board or SUP accessories.

A huge thank you to Jayvee and Alvin for getting me and my son fully equipped and back on the water. Keep doing what you’re doing – you’re setting the standard for how customer service should be.
