A terrible customer service experience with this lot. I ordered a misting fan, received it and all was fine. I requested a VAT invoice or receipt and was assured I'd get one. I didn't. Requested again, and again told I would, and then didn't. We're up to 6 attempts now. Absolutely waste of time and they are obliged by law to provide a receipt, if charging VAT, when requested.

Received our garden furniture yesterday afternoon with no screws or bolts! Have tried to call the company several times but phone just goes to answering phone (with no reply to messages) and not answering email. Very frustrating! This was on top of next day delivery being advertised but was scheduled for 4 days later.

So my previous review was correct.
But to be honest I was contacted 10th July by Alvin at Packed Direct, manager.
He was extremely good and assured me that I would receive my fan 11th July.
As he promised it arrived. So whilst it has been frustrating to start with Alvin’s customer service is exceptional and much appreciated.
The fan product I’ve ordered, Olsen & Smith, is a really good product and I’m really happy with it.

Respond to your eBay messages and stick to your advertised delivery time frame. I still don’t know what’s going on. Don’t reply to this review reply to your eBay messages!!

Update: they are selling items they don’t have. They’re hoping you’re patient for a few weeks. If you used credit card - charge back asap.

Avoid. Twice i tried ordering misting fans boths times NOT arrived. State next day delivery a week on first fan not received lost in transit and 2nd fan looks like same. Shall never use again
Fan came and it is faulty soaked my carpet took outside and soaked garden furniture.
Mow to add insult have to returns even though free returns

Excellent product, excellent delivery time. Ordered 2 large garden boxes. Arrived flat packed and took a while to put up, but great product and even came with their own padlock each.

I have not received my parcel from the 17th of June and am very unhappy and upset. Michelle McIntosh.

I purchased a olsen and smith 1170xl wheelie bin storage shed and the delivery service was exceptionally good .I had great communication with the customer service manager called Alvin who proved to be extremely helpful.
I would definitely recommend this company to buy from and I will be purchasing again in the future

I had a very disappointing experience with Packed Direct.

I ordered and paid for a fan, but after placing the order I received no communication about when it would be dispatched or delivered. Then, several days later, my order was simply cancelled without any explanation.

A cancellation can happen if stock issues arise, but the lack of communication and failure to provide a reason was frustrating and left me wasting time waiting for an order that was never going to arrive.

Based on my experience, the customer service and communication fell well below what I would expect. I hope the company improves how it keeps customers informed and handles cancellations in the future.

Great product at a great price

Packed direct hold a good variety of different products which can be reduced in price. You do have to be willing to watch your emails and get on the website pretty quickly. Delivery is always within the timeframe you are quoted via email. Payment is secure and quick. All payment options are available.
I am very happy with this company and I will continue to support them as I go forward.

I am very pleased with my fan. I've only needed to put it on the lowest level to cool down. It's been an absolute godsend in the current heatwave. Would definitely recommend.

My parcel was left in an alleyway by the courier and therefore is missing. I requested that it was left in my back garden and the courier ignored this. It's been a week, and I've still not had a refund for my missed items! Will not be ordering again.

When the item I had ordered didn't turn up, they have been slow at responding to queries about whether it has been shipped. I have phoned repeatedly to no answer, my husband has managed to get through and keeps being promised responses that don't come. No responses to e-mails, and still no idea where it is. Update: it did eventually turn up 4 days late

Extremely disappointing experience. Next day business delivery did not happen and the order still not arrived two days and counting. Customer services ignored emails, and so had to contact the courier direct when item finally appeared as “in transit” but courier missed time window and did not respond to request for support. Still waiting for my items with no updates, support or accountability. Offering a service and then failing to deliver is not acceptable. Won’t be ordering from Packed Direct again and would not recommend them based on this experience.

I had a fantastic experience with Packed! Their service is absolutely excellent, and their customer service team goes above and beyond. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. I will definitely be using them again!

Garden box
Garden box, well made, needs 2 people to assemble, heavy, needs a flat surface, filling in order form(address)a disaster, kept using local store 40 miles away. Had to use dpd change delivery address facility

Bought an item from Aquaspiritup. Arrived with no paddles or paddle bags BUT matter has been resolved immediately replacement parts on way out and everything is amazing quality.

Packing company is really letting this company down. Only delivered one missing paddle now need to try and get the other one they were supposed to send.

Matter now resolved.
