DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY OR GO ASSIST I'VE ASKED TO CANCEL MY AGREEMENT SEVERAL TIMES WITHIN 14 DAYS AND NOW THEY'VE TAKEN EXTRA MONEY WITHOUT ME EVEN KNOWING. VERY DODGY.

The young lady
The young lady, Gemma, who took our call was attentive to our need, as senior citizens, didn't try and push anything on us. Recognised our circumstances, and we got the best outcome. A win win. On the strength of the way in which attended to our call, and the outcome, we would recommend Big Warranties.

This has not resolved
This has not resolved. I was asked to follow some technical guidelines which I did and now I am waiting for the company to get back to me to follow up my claim. There is no urgency with them!

Helen was very helpful and pleasant and I agreed to take out extra cover!
I was told I would get a refund of £85.
However I got a text saying it would only be £50 as there was a £30 admin fee!
I got in touch the next morning and have been told that was an error and I will be refunded the full £85.02
