AVOID
AVOID! Massively complex booking system married with complete indifference to the customer.
Rang number, after website promised me a next day (Friday) repair. This immediately became a Monday morning. I had to pay a small fortune up front - whilst I still thought I was booking an emergency next day repair.
I got 4 emails and a phone call immediately: phone and one email asking for the details I’d already given online and by phone.
One email promised me my Engineer was reserved - ring and confirm appointment in 2 minutes. 12 minutes later I hung up and tried again. 10 minutes later I was told the engineer would contact me directly. Tuesday lunchtime I spend another 15 minutes being passed from person to person, until I was told there was no engineer in my area and they were looking to “onboard” a new one. So I’m promised a refund. We’ll see.
