Andrew phoned to confirm he was almost on site; he and Jake were both friendly and identified the problem rapidly. They explained clearly what was wrong (even showing us the faulty part), and had a replacement in the van which they installed straight away. We cannot speak too highly of both of them, and will consider Glotech for future jobs.
