Gave relevant advice quickly by email. Reasonable price

Excellent customer service
Patient and very informative with clear instructions
Great company to deal with

I have had my system installed for over 8 years now and recently needed technical support when entering an area of functionality which was new to me. My call was answered promptly and courteously by a gentleman called Tom. His assistance was professional and most helpful, allowing me to fully understand the camera playback facility. I recall needing their assistance about 7 years ago when setting up my system and the level of support on this occasion was every bit as impressive as it was back then. I can honestly say that the level of customer service with Bascom surpasses anything I have experienced with any other Company. A sincere thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Tom was so helpful. Clear and methodical. What started by email finished with him calling me to clarify details. Excellent customer support, thank you.

Had bascom cameras for about five years, had a problem with one and a very helpful chap fixed a software glitch over the internet. Real people who actually know their products. Rare these days.

Whenever I have had reason to contact Bascom support my experience has been good. Staff are always polite and technically very knowledgeable, able to offer a solution to my query. Great customer service.

5 stars really isn't enough for this fantastic and extremely helpful Company. Very knowledgeable and assisting their customers is a joy, not a hindrance. Very rare these days. I would like to thanks Lauren's den Boon for all his kind patience and assistance in resolving our remote camera issues. Would not hesitate in making further purchases and would 100% recommend to my friends and family. What fantastic after sales and customer service. Thank you very much indeed. Aprile
