Very reliable company with a great product. I recently needed to replace a shattered double glazed patio door, and the whole process was refreshingly straightforward. No need to request a quote or deal with unnecessary back-and-forth.

The delivery timeframe was stated as within 10 working days, and they delivered exactly as promised. One thing to note is that the courier will not bring the unit indoors. If you’re ordering a large or heavy item, it’s worth having someone available to help move it safely. Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a couple of sealed units to replace blown ones with water inside. The ordering process was easy peasy and the units arrived in a few days. I DIY fitted them in a couple of hours and saved quite a bit.

I recently ordered a number of replacement sealed units from Sealed Units Direct and I'm more than happy with the service provided.
The online ordering process is extremely straightforward although I did make an error on the measurements of one of the units which the sales dept helped me remedy over the phone.
Delivery was made within the timeframe given and a delivery date supplied. The driver was extremely efficient and phoned to inform me of his impending arrival.
A special shout out to Vicky in the sales dept who very kindly helped me address the measurement error I made on one of the units and I will definitely be using them again.
