It’s a absolute joke

It’s a absolute joke, Amazon flex Australia providing customer service. Even a simple support is denied saying it is out of scope. I wonder what their exact scope is to fool drivers.

today Amazon driver came to deliver my sun's Christmas present that we had bought for Christmas but the driver did not even get out of his Amazon van he sat on the driving seat for five minutes on his phone and did not attempt to come out oh even come to our front door after five minutes I opened my front door to see if he was OKAY and he then just instantly drove off without saying a word 5 minutes later he returned to deliver 2 cables which were add ones to the main pleasant which were a computer costing over £500 which he said that I must have forgot to load the computer on to my van So I will go back and correct it and be back to you by 9 o'clock but then on logging back onto Amazon to see if there were a update on when he were coming back it said driver delivery attempt driver attempted to deliver your item but could not deliver because nobody came to the door this was a total lie because I had spoken to him and he had acknowledged me and given the two cables at 2:55 this is 5 minutes after he first came and it was the same driver in the same van but he never returned and I am still waiting for the computer which has made my son very upset because he was keen on getting it set up for Christmas although it is a week early I know but he is a disabled child in a wheelchair and as sum learning difficulties and will find the use of a computer very useful as the old one he had as stopped working for him to do his homework for school and other stuff he does with his disability the computer helps him to spell and gives him independence

For 4hrs job they will pay you £56

For 4hrs job they will pay you £56. I gas up £50 and delivered 45 parcel. It took me 6hrs at normal pace and followed speed limit and 2-5mins each parcel. According to my mileage tracker i spent £33.67 on petrol and did 83.84miles for 4hrs block. Therefore for 4 hrs blocks i have £22.33 left. You have to declare your tax at the end of the year at 20-30% if this is your 2nd job. You will left with £17.86 at 20%. . DISGUSTING.. for four hours job walking, running and without break.

Absolute diabolic company to attempt to…

Absolute diabolic company to attempt to work for.
Asked to download numerous flex apps asked for numerous different emails.
Went through the app checks numerous times.
Went through accurate dbs and then they deactivated my account.
Driver support was diabolical same dreary response again and again....
Fooling useless

I did it for two weeks

I did it for two weeks and is straight trash. I’m in okc and is definitely not worth it you won’t make no money and they will send you to the strangest neighborhoods to deliver packages I have gravel roads and real far from the base and probably your home.

Not worth it!

Not worth it! I feel like not doing it right after 2nd day of working with Amazon Flex.
I felt like I did 10 hours of work for just 4 hours block.
Don’t expect your delivery area to be same as the pick up area. And They’ll send you 30-40mins away from your pickup location. For me Bella vista to Merrylands (Away from Parramatta).
On my first day they gave me 29 deliveries and sent me 30mins away from the pickup location and on the return it took extra time to return the undelivered items and then reaching at home.
On the second day, I GOT 55 DELIVERIES (Almost double than my first day) and sent me 40mins away from the pickup location. Only I and god knows how I completed it. It should come under health and safety. And you can’t even have any option to cancel it as well!
Not worth it mates. Believe me not worth it!

Underpinning delivery job

Delivery drivers as self employed getting paid 103.50pounds per day and I don't think is fair pay cuz working on full speed and timing plus under one location 2 or 3 different addresses,including steps up and down ,weather conditions amazon not paying much.i will rather say amazon using people to work . Sad . The drivers should be paid for such job at least 130pound per day. People just slaves for another big company

Amazon flex, a nightmare

So, my experience with Amazon flex. This has been one of the worst experience I have ever been through. Firstly do not expect to deliver in the location you choose to pick up parcels. I had chosen to pick parcels up in Worcester and was expecting to do deliveries in Worcester. Nope! I picked up parcels in Worcester but all my deliveries were 35miles + away in areas like Solihull , Coventry , Birmingham etc. I had a time frame of 3hrs to make all deliveries, which was not possible. Firstly the first parcel took me almost 40mins to deliver because of how far it was and having to use the M5! I had all together 28 parcels to deliver. Every parcel was at least 10mins away from each other, some took way longer because it was in farm lands almost damaging my car! Another point to make is fuel costs . When I was on my last 5 parcels my car started to use the reserve fuel baring in mind I had almost a full tank of petrol. I had to then fill up because I was an hour 30mins away from home!! So all in all It took me 4hours to finish delivery, and all together I was on the road from 5pm to 12am!! 7hrs!! All this for £45? It's not worth it!!!

I actually work for flex and to be honest it’s horrible, we have to deliver 40 to 60 packages for the sum of $80 and $90 , and right now in Fort Lauderdale gas is around $60 , so we’re not really getting nothing , I broke my toe on the job with these heavy behind packages and they couldn’t do Anything about it ! They will still try to rob you while on the job and AGAIN they don’t do a dang thing about it , I’m trying to see how can I get a lawyer because this is ridiculous and unfair ! We should be paid more , especially for gas and heavy duty items ! This job is sicking ! Instacart is way better ! Flex send you 50-60 miles away when you stay in Fort Lauderdale, my drives be 1 hour away then I have to drive back home ! It isn’t work so if you have Amazon delivery please pray for us this crap isn’t easy , they do us dead wrong !

Awful customer service!

Just had a delivery driver drop a parcel off, that was on the phone did not speak to me or make me aware what the parcel was or who it was for then as he left reception spat!!!! Rude, disrespectful. Awful customer service!

Achtung Betrug!
Amazon bucht für Ware ab. Es wird nicht geliefert. Der Verkäufer ist Fake, selbst Amazon kann keinen Kontakt herstellen. Trotzdem wird mir der "schwarze Peter" zugeschoben, ich müsse erst mit dem Verkäufer in Kontakt treten. Geld weg, Ware nicht da. Drittanbieter angeblich verantwortlich...
Amazon hat aber auf seiner Seite den Artikel angeboten und Amazon hat für den kriminellen Anbieter das Geld eingezogen und natürlich auch daran verdient. Das bedeutet nach deutschem Recht Mittäterschaft!
Ich habe jetzt dem Kundendienst mitgeteilt, daß ich, sollte mein Geld nicht doch noch umgehend gutgeschrieben werden, meine PrimeMitgliedschaft beende und fortan nicht mehr bei Amazon bestellen werde. (Schätze, da "backen Die sich ein Ei drauf"...)

Amazon Flex isn’t paying me

It was my first day and I did two blocks. Amazon is only paying me for one. They are letting a small technicality keeping me from being paid the 2nd block. I arrived early for the 2nd block and apparently didn’t check in on the app. However, I scanned all the packages at the station that I was given and delivered them. But for some reason they still aren’t acknowledging a 2nd load. But common sense should kick in when they see I delivered almost 90 packages. That’s 8 hours of me time and gas, and they only want to pay me for one block! I’m a seasoned driver for Door Dash, and Uber Eats, and I’ve never had problems getting paid. I would expect a much better experience from Amazon. Not a great first impression, Amazon!

The Customer Service from Amazon IS HORRIBLE!!!! They NEVER resolve anything you are going through...

For a month from now I had being adjudicated an issue in my standing details of deliveries I didn't make because ALL packages were returned to the warehouse as indicated by an Amazon Rep over the phone, I NEVER delivered any packages this day 07/26/2022 because the first stop was 50 minutes away from the warehouse and they gave me almost 50 packages for a 3 hour block. I have being calling and sending emails to fix my standing details because my account is at risk and ANYBODY could help me, they keep telling me insane messages or anything related what I am explains or asking for.... I am really disappointed because my account is at risk now and I cannot even select good blocks because a mistake from them....

This is Orlando FL... Also, one day it was a thunderstorm and the warehouse were closed, everyone called and it was secured that the block will be paid because the time wasted and they never paid...

I've been a driver for about 3 months…

I've been a driver for about 3 months and they steadily put packages in my route that there's no way I can deliver them on time I have over 20 late deliveries because of Amazon's poor planning in 0 support in Boston

Worst company to work for

Worst company to work for. They always like to suck your blood. I have done quite few deliveries and found out I ended up less than £4 per hour after everything. Example : recently I had 3 hours slot for £40.50. I left home 5:20pm then arrived at warehouse 5.50 pm picked up deliveries. 6pm I started my journey and by the time I finish my delivery it was 9:18pm.at this point I have already completed 60 miles journey and I discovered myself 35 miles away from home. When I am back home it was 10:15pm and I have done 95 miles on clock. It taken 12 litre diesel which cost £22.44. So I ended up £40.50 - £22.44=£18.06 after 5 hours. I will never work for them in my lifetime. They need to be investigated by proper authorities for their devil behaviour.

Begründung:
Bis zum Anfang des Jahres lief alles ganz normal: Bestellung --> Buchung auf's Konto --> Monatsabrechnung --> Abbuchung vom hinterlegten Bezahlkonto.
Neuerdings wird von Amazon versucht einzelne Rechnungen zwischendrin abzubuchen. Ist dies dann aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht möglich, wird Mensch aufgefordert, die Rechnung sofort zu begleichen. Tut sie/er dies nicht,da das Zahlungsziel noch nicht erreicht ist, erhält sie/er eine Mahnung, natürlich mit den entsprechenden Gebühren. Ignoriert sie/er diese dann geflissentlich, da das Zahlungziel immer noch nicht erreicht ist, wird der Vorgang an die (hauseigene) Eintreibergesellschaften ARVATO oder PAIGO weitergerreicht. Diese erhöhen den fälligen betrag nochmals um ihre "Aufwendungen", so daß aus einer Rechnung von 133,00 € ganz schnell 178,00 € werden. Und das, obwohl das Zahlungziel, welches ja bekanntlich die Abbuchung der Monatsrechnung ist, immer noch nicht erreicht ist.
Da ich von dieser Masche schon in mehreren Bewertungen gelesen habe, scheint sie offensichtlich System zu haben. Wahrscheinlich läuft de3r Laden nicht mehr so gewinnträchtig, so daß jetzt neue Formen der Finanzierung gefunden werden müssen.
Konsequenz: Ich habe meine Amazon-Konto geschlossen. Es dauerte keine 2 (zwei) Minuten, bis ich aufgefordert wurde, doch ein neues Konto zu erstellen. Wie blöd ist man bei Amazon eigentlich???
Vom guten Service der Anfangsjahre hat sich Amazon zur Urgesellschafft des Services zurückentwickelt. So hält / gewinnt man keine Kunden.
