This company makes it so difficult to communicate with their support but if you have challenges you are definitely guilty until you prove your innocence and good luck speaking with someone.
It’s ok if they mess up and inconvenience the drivers but if you make a mistake they will hang you out to dry. Not to mention I have been a victim of three attempted car jacking and Amazon acted like it was my fault. Dog attacked, injuries delivering at night. That’s just a few.
No accountability on Amazons side.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich kaufe wirklich oft bei Amazon, und sende auch hin und wieder etwas zurück. Alles lief bisher absolut reibungslos und nach Plan, und in den zwei Fällen, in denen ich mal telefonischen Support brauchte, wurde mir auch schnell und effizient geholfen.

After reading all those comments I hold my steps to work for them, I am not sure how the authority let such business run in Australia

I made an account, watched the videos to learn how to become a courier, but must’ve used a different email or there was a crossover with my phone number. I don’t know what happened but instead of helping me they’ve just suspended my account. I got a DBS and everything and now I can’t make an income with them for no reason at all.

amazon flex along with a company called treadstone are scam artists do not use the barcode on there website it will lock up your phone , also when you question them they hang up on you

Had an incident in Orpington warehouse were my 2 tyres was slashed by their metal drive through.
Amazon flex claim department taken car away for over 5 days because of the bank holiday weekend, only just to find out that they think it wasn't a fault of the road but the bright new tyres from michelin. We then end up inspecting the tyres nd it was not a faulty tyre....
Try to ge hold off them for the claim again will take me another day just on the phone!!!!
So useless in answering and instead of blaming everyone el they should start helping their drivers who are doing the job for their customers, or we all need to start going on strike and take them to court for discrimination and damaged Vehicles!

The route plan with they plan for you it's joke, I think they just do it in any way they don't see the map at all. Last delivery block of 4 hours I did it in 7 hours. They send you to one location than the next one is not the nearest one but far away than next it will bring you back to the first location and you are going and back, if u calculate the £15 per hour, if you work in factory you will get €11.50 to £12.5 per hour without any expenses. 15-12=£3
From £3 you have fuel, tyres, mileage on the clock. Insurance, car, think alone.

I had issues with my account and called and emailed several times and instead of sorting it out they deactivated me from the platform instead and said they cannot reinstate it now,

The worst company infact I feel like cancelling my prime membership, don’t know how they get away with it using thieving contractors like Konas enterprises, I trained for 2 days, 1 day ride along and 2 shifts but only paid £93 for a 10hr shift saying they withhold the money for 3 weeks in case you damage the van, that is not mentioned anywhere and you have to 140 + parcels on your first day, and even when I told them i have quit they never paid me a penny, modern day slavery still exists

Please get rid of the Bluetooth!! Every time I pick up and I’m delivering I have devices connecting to my phone that I am NOT connecting. It is an IPhone btw. My phone security settings then end up completely open as if the device has been completely reset. From what I’ve read information can be transferred with Bluetooth. Is this the problem as to why my account is constantly hacked? It feels as though someone is using my account more than me. I’ve driven for the company for 8 years. This is a serious problem and it seems the company does not care at all to fix it. It also seems there must be certain individuals within the company helping this along to make sure their friends get the best work. Completely unethical and racist.

This is a rubbish company and this app. It is the most hatred one because kills my whole time just to accept a block. Some times they increase the price but hardly I can accept them. If there was negative rating exists I would rate the most lowest one.

Can I give -5? I am flex driver for a year. It is so rubbish everyday I have to spend 8-10hours for taking a block. But now, Because of the CAPTCHA. I have used 20hours for just a single block. Rubbish company

The system is corrupt. It’s almost like it is designed for you to last just for a few months. A lot times the app crashes, losing a tremendous amounts of time. Extra packages, somehow always seems to show up. Time to time it will shows package not being delivered. The app is designed to keep track of all your moves… Like I said before CORRUPT. I only do it because of my struggle with my PTSD. I don’t work well in a group, so working by myself it is perfectly. However it is a dishonest place
