Airport Parking Bay provides meet-and-greet parking at London Luton Airport. We're an authorised operator working from inside Terminal Car Park 1. You drive straight to Level 3, hand your keys to one of our staff members, and walk to check-in in about three minutes. When you land, your car is brought back to the same place. We're based in Luton, and we run the operation ourselves. Our prices start from under £40, and we keep them clear. What you see when you book is what you pay. Whether it's a family holiday, a weekend away or an early flight for work, we want the start and end of your trip to be the easy part.

Settings changed
All was good regarding the price and the parking itself.
The first problem occurred when we drove from home to the car park. We used the postcode provided in the confirmation email, which stated that we should use it for directions. Unfortunately, the postcode in the confirmation email was incorrect and took us around 10 minutes away from the airport. We then called reception, and they provided us with a different postcode than the one in the confirmation email. Please see the details below from the email:
“APB Park and Ride
Please drive directly to the car park at the following address:
Address: No 2 Guildford Street, Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom LU1 2NR
Please call us on 07534185856 / 07534185858 when you are 30 minutes away from the car park. If there are any changes in the booking time, please keep us informed.”
The second issue was after collecting my car. I noticed that the language settings in my car had been changed, the lights were switched from “Auto” mode, and my dashboard camera had been turned off for reasons I do not understand. I appreciate that the car park staff may need to move the car, but there should be no need to change any settings inside the vehicle while doing so.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. To clarify, Airport Parking Bay no longer operates a Park & Ride service, and this has not been offered by us for some time. It appears that the booking agent may have provided outdated or incorrect service information, including the postcode/instructions. Unfortunately, we do not control the information displayed by third-party booking platforms, so we would recommend raising this directly with the company you booked through so they can update their details.
Regarding your comments about the vehicle settings and dashcam, please email us directly with your booking reference and vehicle details so we can review this properly.

Very reasonable prices and good service. Use them every couple of weeks as I travel a lot. Attendees are always friendly. Downside is if you need to stay longer is hard to contact them. The rest is very good

Used this parking last week for our 3 night trip. It was a crack of dawn outbound flight and a late at night return flight, and this company was perfect. Made it very simple for us, and was on time.

Brilliant service. This is my 2nd time booking with them. The car arrived right on time and the staff were very helpful. Most importantly I realized I left my wallet, and the team made sure it was kept safe for me. 10/10 for honesty and professionalism. Thank you guys.

Excellent service with pick up and drop…
Excellent service with pick up and drop off of your car at the terminal car park. No shuttles, no searching for our car in a parking lot. This came in very helpful when we arrived back in Luton late at night with two small children. Very competitive price. Highly recommend!!

We do state clearly in our terms and conditions that all personal belongings and valuables should be removed from the vehicle before handover — this is communicated at the time of booking and at the point of drop-off. However, we understand that items can be forgotten, and this does not make what you have described acceptable. We will not close this matter until we have a clear answer for you.
DO NOT USE! THIEVES!
Make sure you empty your car of possessions or leave what you can't take with you at home! These people are thieves and stole out of my car when we returned!

Not 24/7 Unreliable
Booked Luton drop off 3.45am called 30 mins prior to arrival and sounded like woke someone up, couldn’t understand a word he was saying, after a couple of calls we proceeded to car park one lvl 3 arriving 3.40 . Called again 3.50 as the stand wasn’t manned (all other meets and greets had numerous staff present) woke same guy up all he was worried about was us paying the ticket which wasn’t part of arrivals procedure . Long story short we wait 25 mins then on 4th time of calling luckily got a different person answer who was at airport and he came to check us in . He still wanted us to pay the the ticket which we refused as we were now running late and I can imagine it would have been a fair price due to them not turning up. A very stressful start to a holiday . I would not recommend using this company
