I booked park and RIDE and then noticed in the email that the booking didn't include airport transfer which would be charged at £13 (maybe per person who knows!). That is paying for a car park in my opinion, not park and ride. There is then a £20 cancellation fee which I paid as I refuse to use this company. They know many will cancel and so they make money there, and then make more when people arrive. Total SCAM!

I was very disappointed to find that my booking had been allocated to a parking facility at New Farm, Elsenham. Given the amount of negative publicity and customer feedback surrounding this location, I was not comfortable leaving my vehicle there and ultimately chose to cancel my booking.
Regardless of the fact that the operator may currently be permitted to continue trading while matters are appealed or reviewed, I do not think customers should be allocated to a facility with this level of publicly reported concern without being made fully aware of exactly where their vehicle will be stored before they pay.
When booking airport parking through a comparison service, I expect some reassurance that the providers being offered have been appropriately vetted. Being directed to what is effectively a rural field-based operation, together with additional transfer charges and instructions to telephone shortly before arrival, did not give me confidence in the service.
I would strongly recommend reviewing whether this provider should continue to be offered through your website and, at the very least, making the identity and location of the actual parking operator much clearer before customers complete their booking.

Amazing service very straightforward and fab when we were tired and needed the car right at the terminal.

I’m not sure where the positive reviews come from.

Firstly, confirmation is orange car park for meet and greet. But when you get there it’s top of the multi story which is a much further walk.

Secondly, they were 25 minutes late arriving to collect my car. Confirmation says to call 30 mins before you arrive and once you get to the airport. Why am I then having to wait? Due to them being 25 minutes late, they then tried to charge me for my car being there longer. Absolutely not.

Thirdly, up on arrival home I was told some times of the day you can be waiting 90 minutes for your car. Looking at the mileage on my car, they only take it 5 miles from the airport and it returned filthy.

I would absolutely avoid this company at all costs, it was much more stress than it was worth. This was more like a park and ride service than meet and greet.

This shouldn't be allowed, the company we used were absolutely terrible, we had to pay an extra £26 on top of what we paid as they drop off in shirt stay and made us pay ticket, on way home we waited over an hour to get our meet and greet, they were pushy over the phone wanting more money, they also added almost 50 miles on our car over 2 days!!! Ww had an airtag, they dumped our car on a street and it came back filthy!! Disgusting, you should check who you are putting on your site!!

It was easy. I was able to to find a good price for the parking services.
I need to tell you, that I payed for the parking to A1 Meet &Greet Bristol and I did not receive the detal of my booking. What I need to do?

They dont deserve 1 star but had no option . I booked with them paid the amount and they didnt turn up for the meet and greet. They wont answer my calls. I am in process of contacting fraud team uk. They are a scam company

Very easy booking

Impossible to find the off-airport site so I rang the telephone number provided. The young lady who answered the phone spoke English that was completely unintelligible. With just over 1 hour to go we gave up searching for the site as we had no choice but to go directly to the airport or miss our flight.

We did not park on your site, we did not get a transfer to the aiport and we demand a refund of the amount paid.

Driver for A1 airport parking stopped in a no stop zone in my vehicle. Currently disputing a £100 penalty as the consequence of this driver.

Fuel has decreased a lot and found tools in the car which does not belong to me. They definitely have used the car for other purposes.

I was advised that the expected waiting time would be approximately 30 minutes, and your email stated that the process should take 30–40 minutes. However, I have now been waiting for approximately one and a half hours, which is completely unacceptable and far beyond the timeframe I was given.

I have called your team numerous times to ask when my vehicle will be returned. On three separate occasions, I was told that the car would be with me within three minutes, five minutes and two minutes, respectively. None of these timeframes were accurate.

What is particularly disappointing is the way my calls have been handled. On three occasions, after the person on the phone heard my voice, the call was simply disconnected. This is extremely rude and unprofessional, particularly when I am calling because I have already been left waiting for such a long period.

At no point have I received a genuine apology or any meaningful explanation for the delay. I find this level of customer service completely unacceptable.

Never experience such bad customer service 😞 had the meet and greet at Stansted airport and the recommend to call a half hour before you arrive which I did, 14 times and no answer and called the head office and they said they didn't understand my accent , as I'm disabled I thought this would be a good option instead of the park and ride, but no luck, avoid at all costs,

We used their website to book car parking with SPS. This is the worst parking experience ever.
SPS team were rude. Didn’t respond well to texts, didn’t drop you at terminal, but hotel instead. Car came back with Mud inside and out. New scuffs on bumper.
Tried putting a review on this site, but not showing and SPS score on their site remains at 4.9/5. Trust pilot reviews for SPS is 1.9

Easy to book,transfers both ways for little fee . I would read terms and conditions before you book therefore I strongly recommend
