Compare the airport parking don’t verify their meet and greet people we ended up with a bill for £420 because Saphire parking didn’t take our car to a secure car park just left it in short stay and gave us a forgery ticket to exit. Beware if any company on this site.

Booked parking with ‘Park Flow Ltd’ & wanted to cancel immediately after booking (within an hour). They wouldn’t give me even a partial refund. Thought I was using a trusted comparison site, but feel scammed. Won’t be using ever again.

Best value for money! I had a little problem but customer service especially Sarah handled it with professionalism and very prompt responses. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. I raised a formal complaint regarding the service I received and was repeatedly told that the matter was being investigated and that someone would get back to me.

It has now been over two months, and despite being told that an investigation was taking place, I have received absolutely no response or outcome.

I find this extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If a company tells a customer that a complaint is being investigated, I expect them to follow through and provide a proper response.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I am now considering escalating the matter further and seeking appropriate advice regarding how my complaint has been handled.

25/09/2026 DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!Just came back from my holiday where I left my car in Birmingham. I pulled up at home to notice £15 in £1 coins had gone from a plastic key box I have with clients keys in . I phoned them to say that whoever had my car key had stolen my money . They wasn’t even bothered . Absolute low life scumbags … cannot be trusted .

I am putting my review here against search website for airport parking called ;COMPARE THE AIRPORT PARKING. This website led me to a Luton airport meet and greet company ( this is what called)
They failed of the premium service of meet and greet during my recent trip through Luton Airport:
Inbound Visit: Your company failed to fulfil its primary duty. I was forced to park my vehicle myself, quite a distance away, rather than at the designated airport entrance terminal as advertised and paid for.
Outbound Return: Upon my return, your team caused a stressful delay of over half an hour just to return my vehicle to me.
Condition of Vehicle: When the car was finally handed back, the passenger footwells were left noticeably dirty.
I have contacted bith sites and have been getting time wasting non effective emails from third company called Stansted airport cheap parking.

I booked under comparetheairportparking three times now. Each time has been slower and slower. If you book to be economical, be prepared to wait; and call as soon as you land to save even more waiting.

If we could give a zero rating we would.

The service was absolutely terrible.
We waited almost an hour both for the car to be collected and returned despite giving plenty of notice of our arrival times therefore almost missing checking in our luggage.
The radio settings had been reset, the air con was set to 26°.
When we spoke to the driver on our return, he said he had only been given the job to return over an hour after we landed despite the fact that we called them as soon as we disembarked.
Absolutely dreadful.

The booking was made through Compare the Airport Parking, and the parking provider listed on my confirmation was Airshire Park and Ride. I am still waiting for an explanation regarding who accessed my vehicle and why my camera was switched off.

Excessive waiting times upon return, with delays far beyond what was communicated or reasonably expected.

Hidden charges introduced only at drop-off/collection, not disclosed during booking — a clear breach of transparent pricing standards.

Poor communication regarding meeting points, drop-off logistics, and collection procedures, leaving customers confused and unsupported.

Unprofessional staff behaviour, including rudeness, shouting, and refusal to provide clear instructions.

Unsafe and inconvenient pick-up locations, far from airport terminals, with no signage or identifiable branding — causing uncertainty and distress.

Lack of assistance for vulnerable passengers, including those with mobility needs, which is both irresponsible and unacceptable.

They charged and book my parking at Luton airport and just t 2 days before my flight cancelled it.
Telling me parking been raid by the police and seized.

⭐ 1 star – Really disappointing experience

Booked Just Meet and Greet at Bristol Airport and unfortunately wouldn’t use them again. On our return I had to make repeated calls and was given changing times of 35 minutes, then “5 minutes”, then another “5 minutes”. In total we waited around an hour for our car.

I was also told to go to a collection point further away, despite the booking stating the car would be returned to the terminal. I explained that I’m disabled with mobility difficulties and couldn’t manage the additional walk, so had to insist the car was brought to the agreed point.

To top it off, my brand-new car was returned filthy — mud splattered over the wheels/tyres and dirt and debris inside the driver’s footwell.

For a service advertised as convenient “meet and greet”, this was anything but. Very disappointing.

Horrendous. Don’t use. Called to say we had collected our luggage and the person on the phone made out like he couldn’t understand us. He called us drunks, racist. Hung up on us. We honestly thought we wasn’t going to get our car back. Waited an hour at 3am with two small children. Very upsetting experience

I booked airport parking through Compare The Airport Parking and believed I had added Cancellation Cover when making my booking. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the cover had apparently not been successfully added.
I contacted the company before the parking was due to be used and explained the situation. I did not use the parking service at all, yet after reviewing my complaint they have refused to give me a refund.
I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. I would never knowingly have booked without cancellation protection, and I feel there should have been more understanding given that the parking service was never used.
Based on my experience, I would not book through this company again.

I had to say 2hours in the cold waiting for my car to arrive. They should never be allowed to be in business.

False advertising, false reviews, scammers ,your car will be treated like it was at a scrap yard.I got lucky and my credit card refunded me my money back .

This company is a SCAM, DO NOT USE!!! I booked my parking online for Bristol Airport at a cost of £69 for 6 days and was given two phone numbers to use. I called these phone numbers 6 times trying to get hold of someone to collect my car before my flight. In the end I had to leave my car in the short stay car park which is where it was stated to park my car. This had made me extremely late for my flight. When leaving the car park I was charged £235 for 6 days. This is an absolute disgrace. Now trying to resolve this with the company no one will take responsibility and I just get put on hold until I give up. It makes me feel sorry for people and companies like this. How their lives are so full of lies and deceit. What a very sad existence.

Worst Meet & Greet I have ever used!! Poor directions into the car park from someone who was rude yet hardly spoke English - and was very difficult to understand, so we drove around for over 20 minutes! Then got told we had to pay additional costs to get car in and out of carpark - £13 each time - which was not shown up on booking - and then had to wait over an hour to have car returned when we got back. It would have been quicker and easier, and far cheaper to use the shuttle services! Do Not Use! Utter rubbish and stress!!!!

I would give no stars if possible. Terrible service, hour+ waiting time to pick up, 45+ mins wait for minibus to arrive for drop off (offered to drop me in my own car at Holiday Inn then walk AFTER paying £7 each way drop/collection fee), no communication skills (went off to portacabin to chase minibus then went to upstairs portacabin without updating me), dust bowl of a car park. DO NOT BOOK under any circumstances.

DREADFUL !!!!! Nothing VIP about this service at all. 50minute wait to return my car, wouldn't answer calls, when they did answer they just put me on hold and wouldn't come back. I've heard now that they're illegal nationals without licences !!!
