Terrible, my car covered in dust, no office, looks like a dodgy business. Money stolen from door pocket (collectable £2 coins) and centre console £1 coins and all 50 pence, only pennies left. That's the parking on Burr Street opposite freedom centre international, LU20HN. After you park there, you'll need to pay for a car wash, and spend time in police station for stolen property..

TERRIBLE SERVICE- DO NOT USE! Paid for meet and greet and they tried to make us use their shuttle service both on departure and on return. It took a long time going back and forth with them to get the service we paid for and we almost missed our flight! On the way at back we had to wait an additional hour due to all the hassle of them not delivering our car as promised. With a young baby, the shuttle was not a feasible option for us as we required our car seat for safety purposes which the shuttle could not provide. Their operator admitted they have account issues with Luton airport which is preventing them from providing the meet and greet service. I’m not sure why they are advertising it in the first place if they can’t deliver. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely terrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars. We had to wait nearly two hours from the moment we left the airport until we got to our car. To make matters worse, our car had been scratched. It was also covered in dust. This was by far the worst parking experience we’ve ever had. Don’t be tempted by the cheaper prices, you will end up paying far more in repairs and unnecessary stress. I would never use this company again and would strongly advise you to avoid it.

Absolutely terrible send you a email saying meet you at airport they dont answer the phone then send you a postcode to go to its not meet n greet even aftef gettinga email.saying to.ring 30 min before and they will.meet ypu but they dont answer...absolute shambles do not use !

We booked parking for four days from 21st May. However, when we returned we discovered we had been issued with a parking charge claiming our car was parked at the Premier Inn Luton Branch Airport car park. This is completely incorrect.
Trying to resolve the issue has been impossible. Customer service is practically non-existent—no one responds to emails, and there is no proper support.

Communication was poor from the moment we dropped the car off, and the whole experience has been stressful and frustrating.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and choosing a more reliable parking provider.

I booked meet and greet parking for my car(Booking Ref: CAP-18-632816), and my experience was completely unacceptable.

When I returned from my trip, my vehicle was not ready as agreed. Despite following all of the instructions provided, I waited around 45 minutes for my car to be picked up while repeatedly having to chase the company by phone. As a direct result of their delay, my airport parking charges increased from approximately £7 to £24.

Even worse, my front passenger-side alloy wheel had been significantly damaged while the vehicle was in their care. I have photographs taken immediately before handing over the vehicle which clearly show the wheel's condition before it entered their custody.

The booking confirmation stated that the vehicle's condition would be checked at handover. In reality, no inspection was carried out with me present, no condition report was completed, and I was never asked to sign anything. This leaves customers with little protection if damage occurs.

I submitted a formal complaint immediately after the incident, requesting that they investigate, preserve CCTV and driver records, provide any inspection reports, reimburse the additional parking charges, and explain their claims process for the vehicle damage.

Since then, I have been repeatedly ignored.

If your vehicle is valuable to you or you expect professional customer service when something goes wrong, I cannot recommend using this company based on my experience.

Do not use these at any cost! We left our car with them and went on holiday. When we returned about 7 days later we received a parking fine issued to our car while we were away and IMG supposedly had our car in a secure car park. They have used our car unauthorised which is theft!! The police are investigating and have informed me that while I was on holiday, my car was used around Luton on 14th, 15th , 16th and 17th June as the ANPR cameras picked it up!

If zero was possible, that is a what this company deserves.

We have unfortunately had the displeasure of using this company twice back to back (pre booked for two different trips from Luton Airport).

The first instance, they are completely unprofessional and do not even have hi-vis to make themselves known as usual operators do. Upon arrival we waited 1.5hrs for our car to be brought to us. No communication was provided, and we called many times for updates.

In the second instance, for our departure, we were called upon arriving at Luton that the operators were not allowed into Luton Drop-Off due to weather conditions - a blatant lie as you can imagine. We were given a random postcode where they leave their cars. If you saw this place, you would never leave your car there. Looks like a scrap yard.

Stay away ! Just pay extra and park at Luton or use the Luton official meet and greet!

Note: They also operate at other airports so beware. They are called IMG Parking.

The worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs!

Budget meet and greet was the worst i have ever dealt with, ended up getting the shuttle bus waited 40 minutes for it to leave the airport, eventually got to my car with half deflated tyre, covered in bird poo with no trees around, both my front seats had been adjusted, one i understand. Please do not use this company they are rude, unprofessional and damn right con artist!!! I will never use them again

A company that absolutely should not exist, they cheat customers, pick up the car at the airport, the car was delayed by 45 minutes, there is no communication and if they do pick it up, the level of English leaves much to be desired, besides, upon picking it up we noticed that someone had been driving the car and the tank was almost empty, this is a scandalous company, I do not recommend it!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. We called a day early to advise we will be late, and were advised that any delays over 24 hours will be an extra £20. We arrived 10 hours after our time and when I phoned I was met with an extremely rude man who told me he will not come pick us up until we pay an additional £20. There was a lot of messages back and forth until my boyfriend got involved and instantly they waived the fees and came to get us. I am appalled that when speaking to myself (a woman) I was treated with disrespect, aggression and he tried to belittle me, but when speaking with my boyfriend (a man) he was pleasant and waived the fees. This obvious case of sexism completely overshadowed the kindness I received from other members of staff and once we returned back to the car park my car was ready.

Customer care Meet & Greet Luton - think this is a general page to review any meet and greet companies at Luton - but my review relates to the above.

Drop off was relatively straight forward. Collection not so, as the information said to call the number of the person delivering at end of holiday, which wasn't given. I called the main line who said to go straight to collection but no one was there. The worse bit was that every control on my car seemed to have been played with, it was like it was a laugh for them. The satnav was changed, the time was changed, it had changed from miles to KM, the lights had been turned off automatic - I ended up driving down the M1 in the dark without realising (as the street lights were on - I wasn't being stupid !) - which was so dangerous at 10.30 at night. The people collecting and delivering the car were very polite. I did have to give the chap delivering the car, a lift out of Luton and to a drop off point, which I wasn't particularly happy about late at night and on my own. So, sorry, a bad review.

Never again. Poor communication. Car park space is absolutely appalling! No confirmation in form of form or tickets for the left car keys. On arrival drivers was supervised theres 5 people to pick up despite phone call being made and shared 5 people to be picked up. Rather pay £5 more or even £10 and have better experience. Plus £10 each way for drop off and pick up!

Absolutely unacceptable service from start to finish.

I followed the company's instructions and called 30 minutes before arriving at Luton Airport. I then made multiple calls and was repeatedly told the driver was "on his way." Despite this, I was left waiting for around 30 minutes at the drop-off zone, causing my charges to increase significantly and leaving me dangerously close to missing my flight.

When I complained, customer service was dismissive, unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility for a delay that was entirely their fault. Communication was also extremely frustrating, their representatives speaking very poor English, making it difficult to understand them or get a clear explanation of what was happening.

I have call logs and dashcam footage proving the timeline, yet the company still refused to reimburse the additional costs I incurred because of their delay. Instead, they offered a token 10% discount on a future booking, which is frankly insulting.

Poor service, poor communication, poor customer care, and no accountability when things go wrong. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Try to avoid this car park. Initially service was good, quick check , easy to find location but when I return stuff unprofessional and be careful they have hidden fee. I have to pay £10 the exit fee even if out paper says exit fee it's cover by the car park.

never answered the phone on way to carpark, called 3 times, it wasn’t that easy on return either. My main issue is when car was returned I estimate they had done about 150 miles in my car, absolutely disgraceful horrible people. , please please please avoid or at least take pictures of mileage & car

Do not use this service, we had an absolutely awful experience!

Dropping off the car at the airport we had to ring 5 times before anyone picked up the phone and when they did finally pick up, we could not understand a word of what the operator was saying due to his poor english and the loud shouting from other operators in the background. Once we established the drop off point, which had to be done by text as we could not hear a word of what was being said they then proceeded to make us wait approx. 20 mins to come and pick-up the car making us have to rush through the airport to catch our flight.

The return collection was just as bad, where we had the same experience with the phone operator and then had to wait 75 mins in the cold for them to return our car to us, without a single apology or explanation.

ZERO STARS! On arrival I called to let them know and the man was very rude on the phone claiming I hadn’t called in advance - which I had tried to do but they didn’t answer.. and he told me I didn’t!! When they showed up they had no ID no documentation nothing to show they were from a company. The man spoke v little English. He wanted to take my car without giving me any ticket or proof of taking the car. He said he would do the photos to show damage/scratches etc when he arrived at the parking 6/7 miles away by which time he could have damaged my car and claimed it was already there. I called the office to speak to a ‘manager’ to ask why I had no documentation etc he said if I don’t like it then don’t give the driver the car and hung up the phone. I felt very uneasy with the whole situation and so ended up putting my car in the long stay car park. It was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I called back to ask for a refund and he put the phone down on me.
