Do not use these scammers!
Arrived early about 7am no office. Was intimidating as woman travelling alone. Car park was ropey large pot holes and had to park on the top which was precarious. Eventually there was 4 other people that arrived. The owner took 15 pound each from us for entering the airport and on the way back. The airport charges per vehicle not per person so he was robbing us actually. We had no choice to pay as had flights to catch. Was promised to be picked up but noone there I had to ring and they arrived in a van half hour later to take to the car. It was late at night and again not good when travelling alone as female.
They have 5 stars when you put in the comparison website. They must of done themselves. Will never use again.

The worst quality parking lot was stolen from my car.

Put simply they lied about not charging any additional charges! After having to drop car a day late as flight was cancelled, I was told that’s fine and they would sort it out as it was still within the dates booked. When I went to collect the vehicle on my return they said there’s an additional charge for an admin charge! Some guy jumped out of a car he was sitting in and stated being told it would be sorted out meant something different.

Beware of using them, there are other reports online of similar incidents of unfair charges

Unknowingly booked this company (if you can call them that) through compareyourparking.co.uk which has an excellent Feefo rating.

Drop off was efficient and the driver was courteous, which clearly provided me a false sense of security. It was downhill from there.

Upon return it took 45 mins for the car to be returned. When I opened the door something felt off, the driver made a sharp exit and I’d realised that someone had riffled through the car. Glove box and centre console emptied, small change gone. This was the least of it.

I’m in the process of moving house and had some valuables in the rear seats so on closer inspection realised they (or someone) had stolen my rucksack containing a laptop, a soundbar and 1 of 3 TVs. There is absolutely no sign of a break in. To top it off they had clearly been driving the car around as a 1/3 of a tank of fuel had been used.

Yes naive of me to have left those items in there…book official airport parking going forwards!

We had the below booking and experienced the worst service ever!!!

We were told to call 30 minutes before we arrived, which we did. Had to phone a few times as the number below doesn’t get answered. We then had to wait in the freezing cold for the shuttle for about 20 minutes. They couldn’t find my booking, even with the booking number!!! Staff were rude and unhelpful. The taxi then reversed out straight into the side of a customers car!!! The driver then illegally drove speaking on his mobile all the way to the airport, veering in and out of lanes!!! Our return trip was just as bad. When we called we were told the taxi would be 30 minutes. We decided to wait inside as it was freezing. Then had a call 15 minutes later saying we need to hurry as he was ready and would only wait for 5 minutes!!! Again, sat on his mobile illegally, driving erratically again. When back, one again they said they can’t find my booking and couldn’t find the car!!!! Absolutely shocking and disgraceful!!!

Poor communication. Led us to believe they were on their way when they weren't. Very long wait

I left my car with this so-called “meet and greet” service for 5 nights, and what I found when I returned was outrageous. Alcohol had been consumed inside my car, cigarettes had been smoked, the floor mats were soaked in mud, and cigarette butts were scattered everywhere.

To make matters worse, my sunglasses from the glove compartment, my navigation tablet, and all the coins I had in a small box were stolen. This is theft and gross negligence.

Do NOT leave your car with this cheap parking service. They have no accountability, no one to contact, and they leave you to deal with the damage and theft on your own.

I will be reporting this incident to the authorities. Avoid this place at all costs.

On the 03rd of November I left my car with IMG Parking Limited at Luton airport around 11AM. Picked up car on the 19th of November and immediately noticed extra miles driven. Driver claimed ignorance and said to contact office number. Calling number produced no help and in meanwhile I received penalty note with photo of my car driven back to terminal at the time I was in the air onboard flight. Challenged again Company and received no reply. Airport Luton is responsible for letting these scammers use official booking through Luton airport site.

This company works unofficially from the drop off area, this will add £14 to your bill. In addition my car received a parking ticket, which they refused to pay . The only positive reviews you will see are from their own people , such as Mr Sardar Avoid … Avoid …Avoid these people are scammers your car will not be secure.

I followed all the instructions sent via email, yet the service was late to collect my car, causing unnecessary stress. On top of that, I was charged an extra £8 for pick-up/drop-off — a fee that wasn’t clearly communicated. When I tried to speak with staff, no one could help. Instead, I was handed multiple different email addresses and told to appeal the charge. I did exactly that, but never received a response.

To make matters worse, when I called to follow up, they hung up on me. It’s not just about the money — it’s about the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. The whole experience felt chaotic and dismissive. I will absolutely never use this service again and would strongly advise others to steer clear.

Complete waste of time. Booked through a comparison website, incorrect information on there paperwork about where to meet, over 1 hour waiting and complaint email address bounced back. Was informed by Luton Airport this company was not approved to work for airport. Please use other's, approved by Luton Airport

Absolutely rubbish company. Tell you to call 30 minutes before you get there so they can collect, we arrived and had to wait for a further 22 minutes for them to come to collect the car from us which resulted in us getting a larger parking fee for staying over the allotted drop off time. Then when we arrived back at the airport we called them straight away. We waited 40 minutes and still no sign and was told that the car would be 5 minutes when I called again. Another 20 minutes later he called to say he was on his way and would be 5 minutes. He turned up 20 minutes later and didn't even apologise for the delay. Absolutely shocking service and communication and we will not be using again, and definitely not recommending to anyone.

Awful service. had to wait an hour and a half for my car to be brought to me after my flight. Called over 5 times to chase but each time was told the driver would be 10 minutes. Was nearly at the stage of calling the police to inform them they had stolen my car. Will also be informing Luton Airport Authority as they shouldn't be letting them operate such a poor unreliable service.

My lease car was parked using the 'meet and greet' service. A while after the service had been provided, my car's leasing company contacted me to advise they had paid a parking fine that was incurred whilst my lease car was in the custody of 'meetandgreetlutonairportparking.co.uk'. The car was parked at Luton railway station. The leasing company automatically paid the fine and billed me.

I have subsequently repeatedly contacted 'meetandgreetlutonairportparking.co.uk, by phone and email, to request reimbursement of the parking fine.

No money has yet been received.

Dropped my car off on the 25th September took pictures of car with no damage that evening my phone was ping saying windows was open and car unlocked looked were the car was it was in Luton car park by G Casino. So then I looked at it again and the car was driven to markyate and left. picked it up a week later and had to dents on the car so I asked them about it they said they were on there when the car was dropped off. So I got the pictures up that are timed and got location aswel. They said they would get back in 7 day and still waiting for a answer. Jokes

We used the Meet and greet service for the first time last month. The car collection at mid stay car park was seamless. When we arrived back at the airport I rang when we collected our cases and was told our car would be ready to collect in 30 minutes. We went to the mid stay car park and, after a few phone calls when we were told our car was taking longer to get to us because it was blocked in, our car eventually arrived after about 50 minutes. The driver was walking away when my husband turned on the ignition and there was a warning that one of the rear tyres had 14PSI pressure in (it should be 34PSI), the other rear tyre had 42PSI, so very high. We can only assume our tyre had developed a slow puncture and someone had realised this and put pressure in the wrong tyre. I emailed the company explaining my concerns that the car was handed back to us in an condition that was unsafe to drive and my assumption that there had been an attempt to rectify the low tyre pressure but this had been done incorrectly. I also said in no way did I hold the company responsible for the slow puncture but was dismayed that this wasn't highlighted to us when the car was returned to us. In addition to the above the car was externally very dirty. The tyre pressures were correct when the car was dropped off and the car was cleaned on the day we drove to the airport. I still have not received a response to my email addressing my concerns, despite sending several emails. I would certainly advised against anyone using this service and will not be using Meet and Greet Luton Airport again in the future. I was hoping not to have to write a derogatory review as this is something I really dislike but feel I was left with no alternative due to the lack of resolution or apology from the company.

Made to wait 45 min when getting to the airport and leaving the airport when it states only 20 min on the website. They also had no sense of time they kept saying 5 min rather then how long it would actually take, blaming traffic which there was none. Some people missed their flight, if they had been honest at the start they could have ubered and got to their flight. The one posotive is that they didn't charge for the extra few hours of parking, due to a delay in flight. I reccomend calling them to pick you up as soon as you touch down to prevent any delays.

dreadfull customer service. They have returned the car scratched, i have reported it straight away to the guy who bought it , he's done some pictures and said someone will be in touch. No one got in touch, ive tried to call, message, live chat, nothing ! Finally I got a complaint email and sent it, only to find out I had 5 days to report it IN WRITING.
Apart from that, its hardly meet and greet - you have to go to the middle stay car park !

First of all, it's really difficult to find the methodology to make a complaint (almost like it's meant to discourage people to do one).
Their service location is wrong on the map for the Luton APL meet and Greet, so that cost me unnecessarily 5£ when I was aiming to park APL - Meet and Greet - Non-Flex. They shoul adjust it to suit on the map to prevent other people going through meet and greet unncessarily when having to park for a week or more. Interested to see if I will get a discount.
Second, once the car was dropped off by me until I picked it up, it travelled 13 miles? I understand that the final car park was further away and on the 3rd floor of the terminal car park (not the meet and greet as written in the booking confirmation and showing on their map - reference to the above mentioned 5£) is simply the pick up and drop off point of the car, but why did the driver go through my personal stuff in the car (specifically the arm rest storage) and took out all the phone charging cables? How long did the driver keep the car running to charge is device/devices?
To top it all off, as soon as I picked up the car, I found a new error on the dashboard, air bag fault. What did the driver do? I will take it to a mechanic so understand what's what (maybe it's just a dashboard error) but will they be compensating me for this?

This complain was also issued to Sky park (skyparksecure/contact ) and they requested proof , which after providing them with proof (i had attached pictures showing miles travelled and new error in dashboard, didn't take on of the cables that were out of place), they directed me to customerservices@airportparkluton ? What is happening? They are purposely sending you to chase "Unicorns" and not be able to issue a complaint.

I eagerly expect to receive their response response.
