The companies available through this service are terrible. I had a 45 minute wait to drop my keys and a 2.5 hour wait for my car. I followed all instructions. The company was rude and lied about when my car would be ready . There were other customers waiting and from other named companies and all the phone numbers were the same!

They steal your money and don't return it. Shocking company and highly don't recommend

Excellent service so easy to use

We booked a meet and greet service at Gatwick South terminal. When dropping off the car we met the team, who took the keys from us, to take the car out of the short stay car park.

When arriving back in Gatwick 5 days later, we went to the agreed location to collect the car. The car was strangely in the exact same parking bay as we had left it..

We called the team to find out where they were with our keys and were informed that they were mislaid.. The team then spent the next hour looking for the lost car keys, which they were unable to locate. We were advised to take an uber home to get the spare car keys, which would be compensated. When returning to retrieve our car with the spare keys we were advised by an employee at the car park that the car had never left the car park for the entire duration of our trip. We then incurred a £420 parking charge.

We provided the receipts for the uber and parking charges neither of which were compensated (as promised) as well as paying for a service we never received and to top it off a missing set of car keys!!

Great prices and very simple booking system. Look forward to the meet and greet service, in a couple of days, being just as efficient.

They cancelled the booking the night before we were due to fly from Luton as they stated the car park was full. Why take a booking if you know you don’t have space as ended up having to pay even more for taxis last minute. In their cancellation email they said the money will be refunded within a week but 3 weeks later and many emails, no refund. Has been reported to the bank as something isn’t right here.

Firstly the road into the parking was dreadful and not fit for purpose, huge potholes and extremely unsafe, upon return there is inadequate illumination to support safe location of vehicle.
My main gripe is the very poor communication, we messaged three times and still had no idea when we would be picked up until we landed in Bristol.
Finally, how can all individual customers vehicles be charged for airport drop off and collection at £17 each. I feel that is misleading and potentially breaches statutory legality. On our trip at least 6 X customers vehicles were charged for the same drop off charge. Beyond belief, and having to pay on someone's phone device was very amateur and felt unsafe.

I booked the meet and greet for the south terminal but on the way to the airport was told to go to the north terminal because the south car park was full. Very poor customer service and won’t be booking with this company again.

When we went to see where they were, they either would not answer the phone
Or would keep saying five minutes I wouldn’t ever use this company again. A lot of customers also are the same complaints.

Easy and simple to use

Fine for drop off however you have to pay an additional £17 on top for the total for drop off and return in the airport.
Also have to wait a substantial time for collection in a short stay car pack which negates the benefit for meet and greet.
Car was returned in fine condition.

The service provided was not Meet and greet. I parked in the short stay car park and had to walk to the terminal. It would of been cheaper for me to pay to stay in the short stay car park then pay for meet and greet.

Have just booked airport parking and website very easy to navigate .Price is very competative so hope all goes well.

Quick , easy and if booked in advance very reasonable. Price . Parking lot easily found and helpful staff.

Dropping off the car there was only 1 person booking the cars in and was rude. Picking up the car I have had to wait over an hour to get it! It’s 3am in the morning so I don’t see how it takes that long considering I called when coming through passport control. I will not be using again. Make sure you are aware that you also have to pay to get your car out of the car park when they take and when you leave! Considering I also paid £120 to park I think that’s disgusting.

Booking online was easy - email confirmation follow up was quick. I had an issue as needed to confirm details as the height of my car was too high for the car park drop off (meet and greet location). Got passed around a little at this stage but finally had some confirmation albeit not in writing.
Travel on 30th Oct so fingers crossed it is sorted.

Avoid – rude, unprofessional and extremely concerning service

I would not recommend this Meet & Greet service based on my experience at Stansted.

On our departure, I followed the instructions and rang 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. The person who answered didn't even ask for my booking details or vehicle information. When we arrived, nobody was there to meet us. I then had to phone three more times trying to find out what was happening. From the very beginning, the service felt disorganised, rude and completely unprofessional.

Unfortunately, collecting my car after our holiday was even worse.

When we landed, I phoned as instructed and was told someone would call me when they were on their way with my car. 30 minutes passed with no contact, so I called again and was told it would be another 10 minutes.

Still no car.

I called again, only to be told that they had misplaced my car keys. I was then told to get a taxi home, that they would reimburse me, and that someone would bring my car to my home later.

I was absolutely not prepared to leave Stansted without knowing where my car or its keys were. I told them that if they couldn't locate my vehicle I would have no option but to involve the police.

Then, suddenly, I received a call from a private number saying my car would be with me in 2–3 minutes — and shortly afterwards it appeared.

The whole situation was extremely concerning. Staff were rude and unprofessional, there was no proper explanation and no meaningful apology.

I'm now left worrying about where my car was actually kept while it was in their possession, particularly during the period when they claimed they couldn't locate the keys, and whether I could receive unexpected parking or other charges as a result.

Meet & Greet parking is supposed to make travelling easier. Instead, this caused unnecessary stress at both the beginning and end of our trip.

Based on my experience, I would not use this service again.

Very poor service. Long delays, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism throughout. The whole experience was stressful and not what you'd expect from a meet and greet service. I won't be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

Unhelpful staff. Long waiting times for mini bus. Very unprofessional outfit. Dropped us at wrong terminal could easily have continued to North. Coming home was better. However I am now contesting a parking fine which was not me as I was about to board my plane at the time. Would never use this company again. It gives Gatwick parking a bad reputation. Would never recommend them.
