You drive straight to Level 3, hand your keys to one of our staff members, and walk to check-in in about three minutes. When you land, your car is brought back to the same place. We're based in Luton, and we run the operation ourselves. Our prices start from under £40, and we keep them clear. What you see when you book is what you pay. Really rude staff at the parking
Wish I had ready these reviews before booking. I think all the positive ones must be fake.
Really rude staff at the parking. Didnt even look at me. Didnt say Hi, or Bye, or thankyou. Couldnt do normal human interactions. Our family were joking between us on the return to see if they could say Hi or bye. We got more english words from the car park staff in Spain. If this is how this company is happy with their staff projecting their company, that says alot.
Meet and greet parking, consisted of driving to the designated meeting point, which is a car park. Parking, then walk to the airport, and collecting from the same car park and charge more for it. No problem with this, but it not what i expect when I do meet and greet.
Better off using the normal car park, at least car wouldn't be stored outside and come back dirty. Its just a car park, not a meet a greet.

Our meet and greet service is clearly described at the point of booking. Customers drop their vehicle at the designated location, our team then securely parks and stores the vehicle for the duration of the stay, and returns it upon collection. This is entirely consistent with what was booked and paid for, and we are confident the service was delivered as described.
With regard to our staff, we have reviewed this internally and are satisfied that our team acted professionally and carried out their duties correctly. We are sorry if you felt otherwise, however we do not believe this reflects a failing on our part.
We welcome all genuine feedback and always strive to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

**DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THIS COMPANY!!** I recently had my car with Airport Parking Bay Luton. They scuffed my alloy wheels and when I approached them regarding this they said that I would need to contact the complaints team via email. I then emailed and they responded asking if I had before pictures. To which I replied no and asked if they had too? After several emails they are now refusing to respond. Awful experience, terrible customer service. Do not use them!

Everything went as per the plan. So convenient and I was able to drop and puck my car without any issues. One thing to remember, if you have made a reservation within 24 hrs, please tell them at the counter. At times the paper work may not be completed on time. Other than that I was completely happy with the service and would use it again.

Long wait poor communication in short
Long wait poor communication in short. Staff not very polite or friendly either. I got a message to give feedback on the service but the company doesn't know where my car is and we've been waiting for 2 hours in the cold after being told it would be 20 minutes. We would call to ask what is happening and then told we would get a call back, or that it would be 2 minutes. I started to think I’m not getting my car back. Never again.

Money and items stolen from car
When I picked my car up, all my personal possessions had been gone through. No attempt to even made to put stuff back in its original location. All money bigger then a 20p coin was taken out of my ash tray, my tool bag was gone through and tools left scattered across boot. Batteries stolen. I rang the company and they refused to give any information regarding the drivers of my vehicle

Settings changed
All was good regarding the price and the parking itself.
The first problem occurred when we drove from home to the car park. We used the postcode provided in the confirmation email, which stated that we should use it for directions. Unfortunately, the postcode in the confirmation email was incorrect and took us around 10 minutes away from the airport. We then called reception, and they provided us with a different postcode than the one in the confirmation email. Please see the details below from the email:
“APB Park and Ride
Please drive directly to the car park at the following address:
Address: No 2 Guildford Street, Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom LU1 2NR
Please call us on 07534185856 / 07534185858 when you are 30 minutes away from the car park. If there are any changes in the booking time, please keep us informed.”
The second issue was after collecting my car. I noticed that the language settings in my car had been changed, the lights were switched from “Auto” mode, and my dashboard camera had been turned off for reasons I do not understand. I appreciate that the car park staff may need to move the car, but there should be no need to change any settings inside the vehicle while doing so.

It appears that the booking agent may have provided outdated or incorrect service information, including the postcode/instructions. Unfortunately, we do not control the information displayed by third-party booking platforms, so we would recommend raising this directly with the company you booked through so they can update their details.
