3 times someone’s come out and my dryers not been fixed

Janis phoned on the day and communicated well a time to visit. He arrived on time (few minutes early) and was very prepared to assess and repair the situation. He went above the tasked job and fixed the damaged drawer on his visit which is much appreciated. Janis worked quickly, was friendly and polite and I hope the review reflects well the gratitude for the l time and effort he provided. Amazing job, Thank you

From the first phone call to the time the Engineer left the service was second to none

I have been with Zest for several years and I can say that they provide an amazing service , from the customers services team to the engineers ..what happened was over the last few weeks my dishwasher , fridge freezer and Washing machine weren’t working .. I couldn’t believe all three within a week Patrick the engineer came out a few days later , the dishwasher has now been replaced , the other appliances are . Patrick is really is a genius 🙂, polite and professional . Thank you to all the team . Yvonne

Fantastic service from the engineer Patrick, good communication, fixed my dryer efficently, very friendly, even to my nosey 3 year old lol.
Only slight downfall was initial call i informed Zest i was only free weds and weekends, first appointment was arranged by ops on Weds but second i was sent a text saying next appointment was Thurs so had to re arrange with work etc. No biggie, but overall very happy with service and a working dryer 🎉

Yanis from Zest came out today to fix our dryer and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. He was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything sorted in no time.
What really stood out was how friendly and respectful he was throughout the visit, taking the time to explain what had gone wrong and what he’d done to fix it.
Excellent service from start to finish — a real credit to Zest. Highly recommend Yanis to anyone needing an engineer.

A quick and easy fix

Patrick was brilliant very good at his job.

Customer service is very poor and quite rude. Rang twice and both occasions expected better service but the call handlers are just not great. I moved from Domestic and General to Zest and have to admit, currently regretting my decision. The entire Zest process is slow, long waits on the call, no communication on what's happening and no follow ups. It's a terrible experience from someone who was 'sold a dream'. I will move back to D&G shortly.

Zest sent an engineer who found the issue as the hob was not firing.
He went and came back a week after with materials.
I was impressed with the expertise and repair. No idea how he managed to lift the hob, make new connections/wirings and set it back to expected appearance and function.
What a team.

I had a very positive experience with Zest from start to finish. The application process was simple, and I found the whole system easy to use. What stood out most was how smooth everything was and how clear the information was throughout. It gave me peace of mind knowing everything was handled properly.
