I had a very positive experience with Xometry. The customer support was friendly and helpful, and the online ordering process was straightforward. What stood out in particular was the extremely fast quotation and processing time, which made it easy to quickly configure exactly what I needed.

So far, I have only ordered simple parts, but in both cases the production time was even faster than initially stated. The quality of the parts was good and fully met my requirements.

Sicherlich eine der schlechtesten Kundenservice Erfahrung die ich jemals machen musste. E-Mails werden wochenlang nicht bearbeitet und die Druckqualität ist nach meiner Einschätzung bedeutend schlechter als bei der Konkurrenz. Ich kann nur warnen: Meiden Sie das Unternehmen.

As a production partner, I had a very disappointing experience regarding a color dispute. The order specified “Ivory” without any RAL, Pantone, or other standardized color reference. The material used clearly falls within the accepted ivory range (warm off-white tones), and same material had previously been accepted without issue.

Despite the absence of any defined color code, the parts were rejected for not matching an unspecified shade of ivory, and I was ultimately forced to issue a credit note.

When a color is requested without a precise standard, it is unreasonable to later reject production based on subjective interpretation. Clear technical specifications should be mandatory to protect both clients and production partners.

Unfortunately, in this case, the responsibility was shifted entirely onto the manufacturer. This is Xometry Europe. Well done!

I am rating them poorly for now, though I may revise my review later if they fix this mess.

I paid for express delivery on a part weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I am constantly bombarded with emails blaming "Christmas delays." That would be acceptable if they had warned me before I paid, but they didn't.

The delivery date keeps moving: first it was early January, then the 5th, then the 7th, and now nobody knows. They claim it is for "quality control," but it feels like pure mismanagement. My prototype is stuck on hold because of them. I even offered a solution (switching to CNC at their cost), but they refuse to answer my emails regarding the status or damages.

Save your time and money—stay away.

Xometry is a great provider of manufactured parts with simple and quick quoting engine. The system may indicate higher lead times due to automated quoting, however, parts may arrive a bit before the deadline. There are plenty of discounts throughout the year so you can save some money as well.

Preventivi istantanei e precisi, gentilezza e velocità nelle comunicazioni, non hanno mai sollevato obiezioni o problematiche.

Ordering process looked slick. Cancellation process is like navigating through some kind of Escher's painting. Placed an order Sunday evening, realised it wouldn't make it, emailed support to cancel about an hour later. Got a reply back promptly asking for an order number, which I provided, got nothing back. Then saw a note that the order had gone into production. Opened chat on the order, eventually got through to someone who said they'd try to cancel, but as it had gone through to production it could be difficult and I'd likely encounter a fee.

If I was a skeptical person, I'd think they were delaying cancellation so that production has begun, making it impossible.

Whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, I won't be back.

Update: After a lot of back and forth they finally cancelled the order and issued a refund last week. Money has yet to return 6 days later.

Très mauvaise qualité d'impression.
Devis fait sur le site internet, contact du commercial dans la foulée. Il me propose une remise de 100€ sur la première commande pour les échantillons, puis finalement m'annonce que je n'y ai pas droit car je n'ai pas de numéro de TVA en tant qu'auto-entrepreneur (je ne vois pas le rapport avec la remise commerciale, j'ai un numéro de siret qui serait suffisant pour tout le monde).
Je passe finalement commande et lorsque je reçois mes pièces les impressions sont bâclées. Des résidus de fils, de la colle partout, des déviations d'impressions qui montrent qu'il y a eu des arrêts, une orientation des pièces absolument pas optimale. L'impression était tellement de mauvaise qualité que lors de l'emboîtement du boîtier l'une d'elle s'est cassée, alors que mes prototypes maison issus du même fichier stl n'ont jamais cédé.
J'ai envoyé les photos des dégâts au commercial qui m'a dit les transférer au SAV et que je serai recontacté. Je n'ai jamais été rappelé et le commercial ne répond plus à mes appels.

Evitez Xometry, ils ne savent pas avec qui ils travaillent en sous-traitants et se défilent lorsqu'il faut faire un SAV.

Very responsive company, both in production and after-sales service. The quoting tool is very efficient and saves a lot of time.

When I uploaded my CAD I was really surprised by the cheap price compared to others sites. I took a risk half expecting to be dissapointed, but boy was I wrong. The parts turned up quickly and were absolutely spot on. I would definitely use this company again without question. Thank you for doing such a great job and saving me an lot of money

Ich habe lange versucht, Xometry eine faire Chance zu geben, aber mittlerweile ist die Geduld erschöpft. Fast bei jeder Bestellung gab es Probleme – sei es falsche Maße bei Dreh- und Frästeilen oder wie aktuell eine extrem schlechte FDM-Qualität, die so niemals hätte ausgeliefert werden dürfen.

Meine Reklamation (Bestellung D-1525283) läuft nun seit über drei Monaten. Trotz mehrfacher Zusagen, dass der Fall „bearbeitet“ wird, kam bis heute weder eine Lösung noch eine Rückerstattung. Zwischenzeitlich wird man vertröstet – passieren tut aber nichts.

Für ein Unternehmen dieser Größe ist dieser Umgang mit Reklamationen einfach enttäuschend. Aktuell kann ich Xometry leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
