Given wrong information
We got solar panels installed in July. When I contacted the company about making sure the export was set up I was told they said the installer would need to submit an N7. Installer said that was all done.
Fast forward to last Thursday and I was told my export credit that was due in September would be applied Monday or Tuesday.
I’ve just been speaking to an agent who said my micro generation was never set up so essentially they have been getting free electricity from me for 3 months. Apparently there is a second form that needs to be completed by customer that they never told me about.
I have had to live chat an agent for over an hour and a half to find this out because they keep disconnecting me every time I ask a question. Live chat is a nightmare as this has happened on numerous occasions
Can’t wait until I am out of contract

I'm sorry to hear of your situation here, but typically the solar panel installers would take care of filling in any of the forms needed by ESB to start microgen exportation. It wouldn't be Yuno Energy's responsibility to do this, or to ensure you are set up. We have extremely little to do with the whole solar panel / microgen system, merely facilitating the payments to your account based on the information we are sent from ESB.
