So Far So Good
Am only with YUNO Energy for a month or so. I had a account query after sign-up. Although the issue should not have arisen, it was dealt with well and to my satisfaction. The app seems very good so far.

Jessel in customer service was amazing
Jessel in customer service was amazing. I spoke to x amount of staff before her on chat and then on the ohon, just to hit the wall every single time and having people saying me 2+2=7, saying ridiculous explenations like they wouldn’t listen to facts. she explained to me the situation in 2minutes, being so knowledgeable and actually seeing the issue and explaining what happened and how to fix it. If it wasn’t for her, this would have been a 1-star review today.

I spoke to a lovely Man today called Carlos and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Sorted out my problem very quickly and he was so polite. Manners go a long way in today’s world with all the rudeness around. Yuno are a good company to be with .

Robbed all of our micro generated credits twice! Last robbery- Bill from august-September was €130! Got paid out our credits of nearly €300 for summer micro generation at the end of September then suddenly forecasted bill was €440 per month a rise of €320 in one month, done just to steal our credits! Scumbags

We would never inflate a forecast or prediction in order to absorb micro-generation credits. We wouldn't have the capability to influence the bills in that way.
I'd love to look into what has happened here as I'm sure there is a logical reason why the forecasted bill jumped up, and if there is some sort of issue we will surely resolve it.
I've requested your information through Trustpilot so I can look into this further for you.

I am a recent customer to Yuno. The advance payment system (based on estimated forward usage) can be a bit frightening but they explained that it will all come right in the end .. so if they over-estimate you will pay more than you had anticipated ..but that overpayment will come off future bills. In truth I not sure that the logarithm used is entirely accurate. Gwyneth in customer services was excellent.. top marks.
