My parcel, with medical supplies for my son, disappeared into the ether. It was sent to Canada and got into the country within 3 days (great). Then, looking at the tracking said that it was an incorrect address (not so). Turns out it could not be delivered to a post office and anyway, the Canadian postal workers were on strike. I provided another address, and.....it has disappeared and was declared lost so by UPS. I know it's sitting in a warehouse in Kelowna, as that is where it stalled, but no one can be bothered to locate it. I have spend a lot of money on the postage and customs duty and all for nothing, and my son does not have what he needs.
This was my 'belt and braces' parcel, sent once I heard about the postal strike, since there was already one parcel stuck in that system. Now I have been tasked with making a claim - more hassle. My guess is that won't be honoured. Unbelievable!

First time sent with this and i sent from 18 December and it’s still not been delivered.

Smart service but prices in general are too high compared to a few years ago.

After two days I was about to check the tracking when my soon called to say he'd received parcel 4,500 miles away.

Would have 5 stars if drop off place had understood the customs forms - 3 copies printed for driver as instructed! Receiving person had no idea!
And I received an email stating parcel could not be delivered in WA to a post office address - by which time it had been delivered safely anyway! Bit confusing.

We’ll ups was helpfull when I had sent my parcel not doing the paperwork correctly, they fixed it for me as I didn’t have a clue, I couldn’t do paperwork online, Iam not good with stuff like that, commodity codes etc , I appreciate ups good will completing the paperwork correctly for me , my parcel was 25kg exactly but when received label it said 28 kg, my parcel had not been collected at this point,
when my parcel reached ups in the Philippines customs charged me £170 to release my parcel, which contained Xmas presents for my partners family
So by the time they received parcel the cost was more than what was in parcel ,
Will not be sending anything else again as it was to stressful not knowing if the parcel was going to get destroyed as it was held to ransom
Before delivery, also box was open on delivery day

Cant track item, website doesn't give any info other than destination address. Parcel sent a week ago so details should be available.
