Parcel took longer than estimated to arrive in destination country - Greece. Estimated 5 days, took 14 days. still faster than Royal Mail service which took 21 days for a small package.
Also, be careful with contents, Extortionate customs charges (Almost 100 %) on value of contents because we are no longer in EU. Who voted for that?

Arrived safely - eventually.

3 weeks to get a document to South Africa. Totally unacceptable.

Paid for 3-4 days delivery service on 17/9/24. Parcel arrive at warehouse in Kempton Park South Africa on 19/9/24, it gets scanned daily, according to tracking information on 9/10/24, but has still not been delivered, why? I've tried phoning customer service on numerous times but get disconnected & told to try again later! I tried contacting through the website on 3/10/24, no reply yet. I have now emailed in the hope of a response.

The best price and service for shipping large packages across the globe. Easy to book and competitve price. Definitely recommend

Parcel got lost ,ups worst compaly ever .

Everyting was great, other than the tracking of the parcel which for some reason I wasn't able to do, so had to wait on it being delievered to ensure it had actually arrived.
Other than that though, all good

To be honest we had nothing but praise for wps.Then they changed their system from dhl to ups.First order was a nightmare over mixing up aussie and uk adress.Then our christmas order did a tour of the uk ,europe and finally the far east.We were given the run around till we finally tracked it down a week into the new year,3 weeks after we arrived.Since then there has been a clear effort to smooth the system out and we are back to 5/6 day delivery.Send tuesday or wednesday arrive in bunbury by monday with an extra variable charge for bunbury deliveries.Would be cheaper if they hadn't moved from fremantle to bunbury to incur the extra charge.Inconsiderate family.

Great service and price wouldn’t use any other company

Its a bit of a minefield trawling for courier companies nowadays but this one was clear with the information, reasonable price - and delivered from UK to USA ahead of expected date.
I recommend this service.

Great price for a 3-5 day delivery. I was told, by email and phone conversation, that I wouldn't need to fill in 4 custom forms. However I had them ready on collection from prior experience and the collection would not have happened without them. Please correct your information. Otherwise quick collection, the parcel arrived at its' destination country within 5 days, although it didn't get released for actual delivery for a further 10 days which was disappointing but not the fault of Worldwide Parcel Services. Overall I would use the company again, excellent price, good customer service, easy website to use for services.

My inquiry was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Very clear instructions were given as to packing and labelling.
The parcel was collected at the time it said. It was delivered intact with no damage done which was good as a glass framed picture.

My large boxed item was picked up in London and delivered to Ibiza with no problems, and on time too - Thank You!

The parcel arrived, so I was happy.
However, I was promised shipment of 3-5 days. After 5 days I was unable to track the parcel, so got worried.
I tried every means to try to track, but the menu just repeated itself.
The parcel arrived 14 days after it was sent, phew!

I sent cakes which the service
I chose said would take 2 to 4 days.it was to Australia and took 10 or 11 days and the cakes for my family were stale on arrival. The parcel cost £27 to post. I will not use UPS again.
