Everything went smoothly, parcel from England with UPS arrived in Poland in 4 days. I received all relevant documents from worldwide parcel on time.

Excellent service
My regular parcel to Michigan was, as is normal, delivered in just over 48 hours from door to door. The price is also unbeatable. Excellent service.

My parcel was lost …
My parcel was lost …. No apology and then tried to charge me saying the box wasn’t the right size when the size was printed on the actual box …. Then they said I couldn’t use their service anymore because I complained …. I’ve used them for 8 years and never a bother but complain about how they lost my parcel and they go off on one !!!!!

Your parcel was not lost , as explained in emails the tracking number had changed and once we had that we could see that your shipment had arrived within the estimated time frame but you failed to inform us. From the start of you not being able to track the tone of your email turned aggressive. In the 8 year of you using our service you have been happy with the fact that we make contact quickly and sort any issues out promptly. You had also under declared the size of your parcel and when we requested the payment you refused to pay. This go against our policy so you have been ask not to use our services again
Company broke 55" TV with no compensation
I sent a 55" TV through this company from Aberdeen to Republic of Ireland. The TV was well packaged in a box, bubble-wrapped, wrapped in a pallet wrap and a fragile tape around it to show that it was fragile and a TV. The company broke my TV, bullied me through their unempathetic director by name Richard, rejected by claim. Please run away from this company as they will break your TV and not take responsibility. I don't want you to be a victim like me, please. This company had only one job, take TV from UK to Ireland and they failed by damaging it and intimidating me. I paid around £82 in postage to this terrible company and €203 in customs duty in Ireland, so all gone down the drain. Thanks

When you book on our service you tick to agree with the T&C's and that you have read the restricted list which tells you that TV's are not covered. as for intimidating and bulling we simply explained the rules of which you agreed to when booking and that unfortunately you could not claim for the damage. As for the custom fees paid the receiver can go back to customs and ask for a refund showing that the item was damaged. You also under declared the size of the parcel which would void any claim should you have been able to make a claim. With any company a booking is made with it is very important to read to T&C's and details of which items are allowed to have cover.

Sent a box from the UK to Darwin Australia. Great experience from start to finish. Kept me informed of the where the parcel was and what was happening at the depots etc. Really easy process. A fair cost and would definitely use again.

Damaged goods
I got my parcel here in the UK using the worldwide courier. The package was sent via mysore, India.I had a bad experience..all my new utensils were damaged when I received it in the UK. Poor service..would not recommend and I will not be taking their services.

Please remove this review. You did not use our company. We have never imported anything from India to the UK. You need to find the correct company and review them, not defame a businesss you have had no dealings with.

Everything went according to plan
Everything went according to plan. We were kept informed throughout it's journey to Norway. The tracking was great. My sister in Norway was also given progress reports. She received the parcel within a few days. We have used Worldwide Parcel Services before. Not only are they so cheap, but delivery is quick, and the carriers they use are always reliable.

Arrived at warehouse on the 19th Feb and still sitting in the warehouse !!
Contacted Worldwide Parcel to follow up and was told that I need to get recipient in Germany to contact UPS re delivery.
Still no sign of parcel !!

Very helpful with awkward parcels
I had a couple of very large awkward parcels to ship to the US, and other couriers were reluctant to take them. It wasn’t all plain sailing but the staff at Worldwide Parcels kept me fully informed of the glitches and were very helpful - and the parcels got there in the end!

The parcel was sent via Worldwide…
The parcel was sent via Worldwide Parcel Service and received by the courier on time.
So far everything is fine.
Then only troubles
The parcel was never delivered and eventually got lost.
Lots of emails and phone calls to the carrier.
Worldwide Parcel Services offered compensation and a refund. It was hard to accept a lost parcel, but I agreed.
I provided all bank and PayPal details for the money transfer.
21 days to make the transfer.
44 days have passed and the transfer has not been made yet.
Worldwide Parcel Service does not respond to my emails...
I am very disappointed...

We are sorry that the courier lost your parcel, it is very rare, but does happen on occasion.
Your claim was approved on the 10th December and we requested your bank details to re-imburse you on that day. You did not supply your bank details until 24th Jan, and we have sent payment to clear 28th Jan, se we were not at fault for the delay in payment.
