I was never sent a tracking code.
I was never sent a tracking code which held up the walking stick I was sending back to my Mum in Spain (from England). She needs it for day to day living but instead of 3 to 5 days it was over 10 without being able to leave the house safely.

Fantastic team, competitive prices - reputed courier companies
Fantastic team, super competitive prices for packages out of the UK. Within the UK they are not the best - surely an area for them to improve and be an all arounder.
They are almost instantaneous in responding to emails.

Not only were fees not clearly…
Not only were fees not clearly disclosed, but customer service was cold and unhelpful when I raised the concern. No proactive update on a delayed parcel. I was told either to pay or have my parcel destroyed — no real support was given.

Despite you not be able to make a booking without first seeing a pop-up explaining that since Brexit you would have customs fees to pay, you are blaming us for you not heeding this message? You had to pay 11 euros to recieve your item which you refused to pay. This leaves you with the option to pay for a return or have the item disposed of. You refused to give an answer, leaving us no option other than to instruct that you goods be destroyed to avoid additional costs. The parcel was delayed because ypu wouldn't pay the fees.
Parcel was delivered on time and safely.
