Ich habe einen Daunenmantel bestellt. Dieser hat an einigen Stellen eine Materialabweichung. Nach nicht einmal einem Monat habe ich dies im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung reklamiert und eine Frist gesetzt. Die Antwort: "Meine Reklamation werde in der Qualitätsabteilung bearbeitet". Jetzt werden meinerseits rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet. Die Mängelhaftung wird ignoriert. Wer nicht hören will, darf sich nun mit dem Gericht auseinandersetzen!

Mir liegt noch kein Retoureblabel vor! Die unten auf italienisch verfasste Rückmeldung ist falsch! Mir wurde bislang nur angeboten, ein Retourenlabel zu schicken!!

ho acquistato una parka dal negozio woolrich il capo con caratteristiche livelo protezione termica fino a -10 gradi. l'ho portata in questi giorni con le temperature tra -4 a 0 gradi con la maglietta e felpa sotto e stavo gelando. il capo non corrisponde assolutamente pre quello che si vende. pessima esperienza

Ich habe bei Care of Carl einen Woolrich Arctic Parka (Down Filled, Detachable Fur) gekauft. Nach knapp zwei Jahren trat ein deutlicher Daunenverlust auf, obwohl die Jacke ausschließlich gemäß Pflegehinweisen behandelt wurde.
Sowohl Care of Carl als auch Woolrich wurden von mir kontaktiert. Leider wurde die Reklamation abgelehnt und die Verantwortung jeweils an die andere Partei weitergegeben. Eine konstruktive Lösung oder Kulanz wurde nicht angeboten.
Bei einem hochpreisigen Produkt dieser Kategorie erwarte ich eine längere Haltbarkeit sowie einen kundenorientierten Umgang mit berechtigten Qualitätsmängeln. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung im Hinblick auf Produktqualität und Kundenservice.

Ich habe mit die Jacke Cloud in Schwarz im Onlineshop bestellt.550€, nachdem ich sie im Laden in Blau anprobiert hatte, da Schwarz nicht auf Lager war.
Bei der Jacke die ich dann direkt von Woolrich erhalten habe, verklemmt sich der Reisverschluss ständig. Interessant bei einer Jacke die 550€ kostet. Ich habe das dem Kundenservice mitgeteilt. Antwort: Schauen sie sich Bitte hier ein Video an, wie man Reißverschlüsse richtig benutzt. Hahahaha. Soll das ernsthaftes Interesse sein Kundenservice zu betreiben oder geht es hier um abwimmeln ?
@kundenseevice: es ist tatsächlich so, das ich in meinem Leben schon mehrfach Reisverschlüsse benutzt habe.

I experienced a quality issue with a Woolrich jacket and attempted to escalate the matter through customer service.
Despite clearly requesting a central or independent review, I was repeatedly redirected to the same store level that had already dismissed the issue. No HQ-level escalation or quality assessment was offered.
The process was inflexible, impractical (store is ~100 km away), and highly customer-unfriendly.
This experience aligns with many other reviews mentioning poor customer care and lack of accountability.
Unfortunately, this was my last Woolrich purchase.

I bought a jacket at the Soho location in New York. This jacket is valued at $1,200. The zipper, however, valued at 5 cents. You are given a two-year warranty that includes zipper repairs. My zipper is actually a POS that will not zip. The stores in New York are closed so I reached out to their online customer service for help to see if I can ship it for a repair. They would go days and weeks without responding. They made me send multiple videos and photos in a 3 month span just for them to say,

"We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout this process.

As the original place of purchase is no longer available, your request required coordination and approval across multiple departments, and we are grateful for your understanding.

We are pleased to inform you that our team has approved a refund to reflect the costs that may be incurred for the repair at your local tailor.

Once you have received the repair invoice, we kindly invite you to share a clear photo of it with us, along with your bank information. This will allow our team to validate the document and proceed with the reimbursement accordingly.

Please note that this solution is being offered as we do not currently provide a direct repair service.

Should you have any further questions or require any additional assistance, please know that we remain at your full disposal."

It seems like only one person responds and her name is Paola. She takes days and weeks to respond and gives me this "we are please to inform you" about absolutely nothing BS.
What an actual fkn joke of a company this is. Pleased????????? Pleased???????? Of course you are pleased you don't have to do anything at your job which is helping customers that you do not help. at least replace the jacket.

I bought a Woolwich Modern Vail Parka for 880€ in 2024(almost two years ago now). Last winter after having worn it very lightly and only washed it twice I noticed that it had holes on the bottoms of the sleeves, this is something that typically happens after at least 5 years of nonstop wearing ! I am outraged at this! The quality is just not there anymore ! And they used to have lovely fur collars that were massive, now its just a flimsy thin strip.. they are NOT worth the money!! If I had paid 100€ for the coat I would have been ok with it. I was buying a coat for at least 10 years but I’ll be lucky if I get to wear it for half the time. Very disappointed!

Gar keine Sterne für so ein Laden der offen mit echtem Pelz wirbt.Sollte komplett gemieden verboten werden. Wer sowas kauft wollte sich bewusst sein was er da am Körper trägt. Schämt euch.🤨

Weißes Pulver im Paket- Großeinsatz:

Vor einigen Tagen erhielt ich meine Woolrich Winterjacke per Paket. Diese bestellte ich direkt im Online Store von Woolrich. In dem Paket (original verpackt und unversehrt) war eine große Menge weißes Pulver, was einen Feuerwehr Großeinsatz auslöste. Die einzige Antwort von Woolrich: wir waren es nicht, Schuld des Transporteurs schicken Sie die Jacke zurück. Guter Kundenservice geht anders!

Nightmare customer service will not order again. Tried to return an item and the email they had was wrong with no order confirmation received and they insisted they have sent the return details instead of checking with me why I wasn't getting them they just said they can't help me anymore and its my server problem !. customer service lady Margarita just said I need to speak to next customer having not solved the issue ! shocking given the price of their coats. I ended up figuring out what the problem was myself.

Mantel für über 1000€ gekauft und beim spazieren gehen fiel Schnee , nach nur 10 min komplett darunter nass geworden.

In un momento in cui molte aziende si nascondono dietro scuse o rimpalli con i corrieri, loro hanno dimostrato esattamente l’opposto: si sono fatti carico con tempestività e cortesia dei disagi causati da DHL, seguendo passo dopo passo la vicenda fino alla completa risoluzione.
Un’assistenza così disponibile e proattiva oggi è davvero rara — mi hanno aggiornato costantemente, dimostrando un livello di cura che va ben oltre la semplice “customer care”. Davvero impeccabili.

Acquisto online, ricevuto, aperto, capo perfetto, peccato trovare etichette staccate e un’antitaccheggio ancora inserito.. chi lavora e sbaglia però per il capo dal costo di 890 € mi aspetto molta più attenzione inviato reso per capo difettoso. Vediamo quanto dovrò stare senza il mio prodotto.!

We are living in 2025 and Woolrich continues to produce and sell real fur, causing immense animal suffering... it's simply disgusting. Quality is possible without animal suffering!

Ws going to buy products for winter then i realised this lot still use real animal fur !! Shocked and hope they go bust !!

Noch immer werden in Eurem Geschäft Pelze verkauft.Wie kann man dies voller stolz präsentieren wenn Tiere dafür gequält und getötet werden.Ihr solltet Euch in Grund und Boden schämen!!!!STOPT ENDLICH DIESES LEID!!!!!

Aantal jaren geleden voor een kleine duizend euro winterjas gekocht. Inmiddels is de jas zodanig verkleurd dat deze met goed fatsoen niet meer te dragen is. Nog naar het hoofdkantoor in Italië geschreven met foto’s van de jas maar nooit meer iets vernomen. Voor een jas in deze prijsklasse teleurstellende kwaliteit en dat geldt ook voor de klantenservice.
