Customer Service was friendly and not pushy about cancellation and brought to my attention of offers available. Though I chose in the end to cancel it did acknowledge me to the other offers on demand currently.

Great customer service
Called to cancel my subscription and spoke to Julie who was very understanding and helpful and was able to cancel both of my subscriptions at the same time which saved me an extra call at a stressful time.

I enjoyed the bottles that were sent, I wasn't aware of the subscription I entered when I took up the free bottle, but I didn't check so I wasn't upset about it. When I spoke to the company over the phone they were very helpful and cancelled straight away. I might come back again in the future, however I can't drink that much whiskey each month.

Fantastic Whisky Selection from Smaller Distilleries.
Overall, this is a lovely company to buy whiskies from smaller distilleries and producers from around the world. The range is interesting, with a good variety of flavours and aromas to explore.
My only criticism is that cancelling a subscription is not particularly straightforward. It has to be done by telephone, and the representative I spoke with was clearly trained to encourage customers to stay by offering various deals and incentives. While they remained polite throughout, it did feel somewhat like pressure selling. That said, I stuck to my decision and simply declined the offers.
At £35 per month, the subscription can become quite expensive over time, which was my reason for cancelling.

Our suppliers often have larger overheads when producing smaller batches of their beers, wines, whiskies or coffee. Our products are of the highest quality and we offer many products that aren't available elsewhere, we produce a monthly magazine that customers enjoy reading.
Our boxes not only include our beers, wines, whiskies or coffee, but we also offer a quick postal service, snacks with our beers and wines and our product magazine in every box as well as amazing offers to use and share with family & friends. Our subscriptions are discovery clubs where our customers can choose to enjoy new and wonderful products every month, bi, or tri-monthly and of course, can cancel at any time should they wish to. We are sorry our prices may not be within budget for everyone all of the time but we of course try our best to balance our cost and supply prices as best we can.
When customers do contact us we do occasionally have deals to offer and introductions to our other products and so, where possible we mention these offers if a customer is thinking of leaving us, requesting to change an element of their subscription or simply asking to pause their account for personal circumstances. We also ask a few questions from the customer so that we see any areas for improvement. Our agents are trained to recognise the very best way to support our customers, whether that be to tweak a subscription payment date, upgrade or downgrade a plan or if a customer is simply asking to pause for a while - we just simply want our customers to enjoy our product and experience a service and plan that works for them.

Great subscription service, tried various brand whiskey that i never knew existed. Just could have done with maybe an every 3/4 month subscription as i couldnt get through them fast enough 🤣

Fantastic whisky
Fantastic whisky, and great customer service. The person on the other end of the phone takes a genuine interest in you, and whilst it's their job to try to convince you to stay with their service they do it in a nice way. Unusually, I'm seriously considering sticking with this subscription (something I never do) and this is down to fantastic customer service.
It's worth being aware that cancellation requires a phone call.

Definitely worth while and great team
It's been a really good experience. Getting to try different Whiskys both known and unknown is great and the customer support team are amazing.
I signed up just for the free bottle as I wanted to just give it a try and when cancelling the subscription, the team were very supportive, kind and polite.
Definitely worth joining.
