I had written a positive review about whisky52 not long ago. I could not have been more wrong. I only bought one box because it was an offer (delivery only). I called to cancel the subsequent subscription. I was offered a second box which I agreed to as apparently there was money on my account from some other purchase. I said - again- I wanted no subscription. So Whisky52 set up a new without my consent, charged me full price of a box I didn’t want. I complained no less than 4 times until someone actually looked into my complaint. Then I was told there was nothing that could be done. Apparently I never rang to cancel the subscription I never asked for (figure that out!). They refused to refund me and I want to warn anyone who thinks about ordering from these. Please do not! They are a scam and will steal your money without consent. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Had a call with Mark O'Leary this afternoon who advised me of an offer I had missed out on. Having used this company before I was more than happy to discuss the offers with Mark and place my order. I have gone for a bottle every two months knowing I can change anytime I want. Mark was great I didn't feel under any obligation, thanks for ringing Mark.

Happy with the whiskey and booklet was full of interesting step by step information on the process of producing the whiskey .

A great way to sample new whiskys!
I didn't really sign up to the club to be honest, it was something offered when I cancelled my Beer52 subscription. I love whisky but unfortunately don't drink it often enough to warrant a club membership. Thanks Kaye for all your kind attempts to keep me in, nothing personal! I'd recommend this club, and the Beer52 one, to anyone interested in a regular supply of very good and exciting new products. Thank-you.

Every single customer service rep has been extremely pleasant to speak with. They are quite happy if you are phoning to cancel subscription, and very happy if you're not. Always helpful in advising the best way to spend any credit or vouchers with them, I've planned to cancel 3 times now and been persuaded to stay.

Rang to cancel my beer subscription but as I had some credit left and a discount chose a bottle of whisky, at a very good price, which arrived today. I will be saving it for the winter. The customer service is excellent.

Called to cancel my subscription and Lewis was incredibly helpful and friendly about the whole process, got a genuine sense that he wanted to help me and he also asked about my day witch was just a nice touch, incredibly good service all around

Whisky52 person was efficient and helpful in a good short time. Didn’t spend time trying to upsell but was happy to hear my requirements and work from there. Refreshingly good.

As a man that has previously trained sales and customer service teams, I can tell you that Reza is very good at his role. He listened to my concerns and gave insightful solutions. He was “slick” and polished BUT not over the top or too pushy.

They are very customer friendly

Signed up to their coffee and whiskey one and when I wanted to cancel they give you new offers and then the offers they give you they don't adhere to as I was overcharged. I made a complaint and they said they were gonna look into this and someone's call me back few weeks later still no one has called me back absolutely disgusting Customer Service.

Since this isn’t something I would need as regularly I have cancelled this subscription.
This does require a phone call but the staff(Joe) are really good at helping out.
They will try and keep you but in a none pushy way which is appreciated.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore some new whiskeys!

Joe was great with customer support, he made to sure to find the best deal and solved a technical issue I’d been having.

Shaun from Whisky52 was very nice and helpful! He greatly explained all the options, offers, and benefits of additional subscriptions. The bottles I received taste very good, and I love the selection of beautiful bottle labels!
