I spoke to Edward he was so nice
I spoke to Edward he was so nice , friendly, polite and really helpful as I was calling to cancel my account just due to how cost of living is just now. I didn't want to cancel as my husband loves the whiskeys and the different selections you get. Edward could see I have been a loyal customer and my subscriptions every 2 months but he could see on the system for how long I've been a loyal customer that I had an offer that had been applied for my next bottle of whisky and paused my account to. Whiskey 52 is Great and I always recommend just with the nice different selections of whisky you get but just really nice how Edward managed to find a way to help me and I really appreciated it .

Refused to cancel and refund order despite me emailing and calling before dispatch
Initially, I received out of date beers. I called to cancel, they offered me a free replacement case and a discount for next month. I said sure. I was later made redundant at work on a Friday, and they charged me £45 for a subscription on the Sunday. I sent an email the same day saying I want to cancel and refund this order: no reply. I called their support team who cancelled my subscription but told me I'd need a different department to refund. I finally get through to that department who tell me they do not have the capability to refund. HOW does a customer service team NOT have powers to refund. I ask for a manager or senior, they refuse as they will apparently tell me the same thing. I tell them CLEARLY I do not want the product and I do not want it delivered. I cannot afford it and I should not be drinking alcohol when I am at this point in life. They said ok, and then still sent my order. I have started a charge back with my bank - this is shocking.

Hi Luke. Thank you for your review. I can see you emailed us 2 days ago. Please allow at least 3 working days for our agents to respond to your email. You first contacted us after your second subscription boxes had been billed and dispatched to you.
You must cancel your subscription before your billing date. You can contact us by phone on 0131 285 2684, via Facebook Messenger or via our helpdesk https://www.beer52.com/helpCentre/home. If this was not done then at that stage we cannot offer a refund as the order has already been processed to our warehouse.

Experience so far has been great
Experience so far has been great, yet to try my first order but the value of trying is so worth it, not a whiskey man but looking forward to trying diffrent whiskeys to see what I prefer!

Customer service was superb
Customer service was superb. Lewis was very professional and courteous it's never easy leaving something you enjoy but my circumstances mean I cannot continue and he made the whole experience very easy. I will be back when my circumstances are more concrete. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful customer service from Cameron. I wish I could have just cancelled online rather than having to phone during working hours which can be difficult when I work full time and have young kids.
