Mark O’Leary dealt with my phone call and was extremely helpful. We discussed my options and he was very polite and knowledgable. There wasn’t any difficulties which deserves a 5 star customer service

Lewis was a great help, grafting on his birthday as well! Not the greatest call for him as it was a cancellation.

However, people like Lewis are the reason I come back a few times a year after taking a break.

Ideal if you wanted to try different whiskeys. Subscription can be staggered to suit. The customer services are lovely to deal with when needed.

Great customer service. Both Paul - back in May - and Lewis provided an exemplary level of customer care; habouring back to the days of human interaction where kindness and respect were standard; no AI, no chat bots, no long queues, no confusing menus, etc. Good old fashioned customer care expediated efficiently and with clarity.

I joined to take advantage of 2 superb offers. Both whiskey-fanatical-friends loved their gifts; rating the quality of the whiskey very high. Both are retaining their blends - 7 and 8 - for special occassions. Both product and customer care are of the highest order - leading by example.

Forced to cancel after a year of some really lovely bottles. Thankfully I was put through to Lewis who was brilliant and did it all for me no problem. He sums up why ive been so happy for so long with beer/whiskey52. Great product, fair price, very reliable, good people. Its why i will go back without hesitation when i can drink again. I spoke with Mark O'Leary yesterday. He informed me of serveral current offers, which lead to me signing back up. Great service, and I'm very happy happy with it.

It was a bit of a thing to finally cancel my subscription, but Edward was brilliant. He totally understood my situation and helped me cancel 2 subscriptions whilst giving me all of the information to get further deals.
Will defo look back into the coffees subscription when my circumstances change.

I was enticed by some great offers, and stayed for the taste experience.
However, as I am trying to reduce the temptation from some of my vices, I have had to knock this one on the head.
Walking away is hard, the customer service team make harder still. No regrets.

Auto signs you up for subscription if you are not very very careful, and cancelling said subscription requires navigating phone call with annoying sales agents who offer discounts, temporary suspensions of the subscriptions and a blend of anything but cancelling your subscription for 30 minutes. Do not order unless you have time, patience, and money to waste on this dodgy company.

A quick and easy conversation with a very pleasant rep. I wish all customer support calls were like this.
