Spoken to a guy called Brett 7th and Brian 8th very polite calm and explained the situation very helpful I called up because of delays and non delivery not beer 52 fault it the delivery companies fault I was angry put out and annoyed but he was so calm and understanding I couldn't be a anchor on the phone thank you Brett and Brian good luck

Average whiskey, overpriced, not easy to cancel
They make it really easy to sign up, free offers, minimal clicks online etc.. But when you come to cancel, you can't just do it online. You have to phone them up, during business hours (they'll happily charge you over the weekend though!), where they try the hard sell to keep you. Shameful tactics.
The whiskey is also average at best and hugely overpriced for the quantity you get. Avoid at all costs, don't be suckered in with their free offers, utter waste of money.

Top tier service!
Really helpful with sorting out what I want, when I want it! Offered me vouchers and discounts I didn't even know I had. Makes the whole customer journey easy and gives confidence that I can stay with a subscription I can trust.
