Go for it!
Only had one cancellation due to wind speed, then up at the second attempt. The team were great, made you feel welcome and safe. I would have liked a bit more wind so we could travel a bit further, but overall a fun experience. The balloon felt really steady and I didnt fell like I was standing in a wicker basket.

What's an absolute amazing thing to do
What an amazing experience. Even better than I imagined. Stunning views and so tranquil up in the sky. Just beautiful . Pilot Tom was great too and very informative, a pro.
The whole event from setting up the balloon to landing at the end was impressive.

Brilliant Balloon Flight!
The team of Peter, Tim and Luke were amazing. We were involved in setting up the balloon and packing it away which all added to the experience. It gave amazing views and was really peaceful. We had to persevere with the booking after a number of cancellations but it was worth it.

4th time lucky for us.
4th time lucky for us (weather cancellations) but definitely worth the wait. We got away early this morning and everything was very well managed. The flight itself was special, both calm and exhilarating. Some great views. The light wind was even arranged to take us right over our own house! Thanks for the experience. Recommended.

Balloon flight from Bath…
We had a wonderful flight this morning from Bath, the early morning sunlight was beautiful. Nobby and the crew were friendly and helpful, nice to be able to join in with setting up and packing away the balloon, drinks at the end were a nice touch. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

Fabulous experience
Ben was an informative pilot with a passion for ballooning. The whole experience was amazing and so different. We enjoyed helping to prepare the balloon for the flight and putting it away again besides the actual flight itself. Would love to do it again

Last minute upgrade to balloon flight
After several cancelled flights due to the weather we booked a last minute flight after receiving a text message from virgin to say that an upgrade was available for a flight in a couple of days. The customer service when I phoned to upgrade was excellent. The process of phoning the flight line the night before was also very simple. All information was included in the message so we knew exactly where to go and when. The set up and registration of flyers was nice and straightforward on the day and the flight took off as expected. Our pilot, Nobby, was extremely knowledgable and was pointing out local landmarks and showing us how the balloon operated. Landing was smooth and we helped pack the balloon away with ease. The ground crew drove us back to the departure point after we shared a quick glass of bubbly with them. The whole team were friendly and helpful and I can’t wait to do it again one day

The 3 year wait was well worth it!!
Well, after 3 and a half years of booking and cancellations due to the weather, we finally got our flight on the morning of July 19th. The weather was perfect and the whole experience was amazing. We loved everything from helping to inflate the balloon and pack away at the end of the flight and obviously the flight itself. Our pilot Gavin was so lovely as were the whole ground crew, so friendly and helpful and we had the perfect flight. We would definitely fly with Virgin again, the only down side, only 1 glass of fizz...I could have drank the whole bottle, even if it was only 8am 😀
