These lot don’t even deserve any ratings.
Parked at Halfords, shopped at Halfords, went across the road for some sanitary pads (I am a biological woman was on her menstrual cycle) came back and left within the maximum time of stay ( 30 minutes ) I left within 15 minutes. Got sent a penalty charge for parking at Halfords although I was a customer but was in need of important necessities. DISGUSTING COMPANY. I WILL be taking this further.

Terrible Company. No communication. Tried to call them but it is not possible to talk to the human there. I went to their car park in Brighton. The payment machine didn’t work. It was also a few people there who could not pay as the machine didn’t recognise any cards or phone payments. ( Maybe problem with connection as the machine was switched on ). I left the car for 20 mins there. When I ws leaving the problem with payment machine was still there. After a week I received the charge notice of £100. As I paid within 2 weeks discount it cost me £60. I wanted to appeal but if my appeal is unsuccessful I have to pay whole amount! A little bit gangsta politics.

Be really careful I wouldn't use any of theses car parks again.
We paid for a ticket in the Isca Place car park, Queens Street Exeter EX4 4JN.
A week late we had a £100 fine notice. Unfortunately my husband , who doesn't do online banking, was unable to check his account for 3 days , as no banks nearby. So we thought , to be on the safe side we should pay the reduced fee of £60.10. This as it turns out was a BIG mistake. As we had paid the fine , we then couldn't challenge it, (once we had had confirmation that the payment from his card was taken). We wrote to the head office and their argument was that the car was in my name and needed my authority. We sent the relevant authorisation and our reply today was that we must be guilty because we paid the fine.
They also said they checked records on all their machines and there was no record of us buying a ticket, yet it is on my husbands bank statement.
Therefore my advice is never use these carparks , over seen by Total Car Parks or if you get a fine just ignore it DO NOT PAY them anything until they have confirmed your payment.

Lock 'em up! You pay and don't keep the ticket indefinitely and then they pounce and claim you haven't paid. £1 pound parking and a £40 pound 'fine' collected. How can they continue operated this kind of scam in the UK? Beats me! SCUM.

I agree with all the reviews - we should be allowed to leave a review of no stars, it’s incredibly stressful and so bad for people’s mental health when companies like this are allowed to trade. In an already stressful world, they are such a drain and negativity on society, thieving from people like me who work hard to care for people in difficulty - these companies should not be allowed to trade it’s so awful I can’t put it into words that will express my sadness.

Ok so how can my husband be charged for parking when
1. He doesn’t have a car
2. He can’t drive
3. He hasn’t left the house in 8 days due to illness
4. Gets the train to work
5. Walks to station and back
Have reported to bank as fraudulent

Previous companies send text 1 hour before Expiry.
Not happy as we could not add extra time on via app and had to come back to car early.Awful and not cheap!!

Received an obviously fabricated parking notice from TPS Kettering stated I had overstayed the 90 minute max stay at Kidderminster Dunelm. Apparently I left the car park at 21.14 hrs. Dunelm Kidderminster confirmed the car park closed at 20.00 hrs on that day(29/4/24)

The website states that Blue Badge parking is free at Long Buckby train station, I parked in the disabled bay and displayed my blue badge and they still fined me!!! Disgusting!!!

overstay by 17 minutes and fine of £60 is seriously irritating. 5 or 10 quid is still okay but this is loot.

I wanted to park overnight from 6pm as advertised on the signage but there is no option for this on the pay machine. Contact number is automated so no person to speak to and the option for 12 hours parking is only £12! It is not user friendly and NCP at least have an operator to resolve the issue!

I got a fine in a Halfords car park from Total Parking Solutions, for less than an hour parked - I only went into the Halfords, nowhere else… and on a Bank Holiday Monday!

These guys are a money thieving operation… read the other reviews and try to never go near dealing with them!

Horrific company. The people working there should hang their heads in shame. Got a fine after car broke down in one of their car parks. Produced AA evidence to support but they were not interested. No customer care at all. It’s a shame businesses like this exist. No heart, no compassion, you should be ashamed.

Total rip off company. Anybody working for this organisation should be ashamed to show their face in public!
Parking meter in Swansea University Bay Campus (an absolute zit hole of a gravel car park that floods at the first sight of rain!) - meter was not functioning.
Took pictures of non-functioning meter as evidence I was unable to pay. Refused my appeal without even the slightest consideration of the circumstances. Loathsome customer service staff. You'd be better of parking in hell, rather than trust a site operated by these crooks.

I paid at a machine and typed my car registration and received a ticket.
several weeks later I receive a parking ticket from them stating I didn't pay??
Unfortunately I don't keep my car messy so I had thrown my ticket away.
I'll see you in court as I don't intend to pay.

Not sure who's at fault here. Got a fine from TPS in Jan this year stating I'd overstayed the allowed 30 min which I was but legitimately sorting a car battery out with at Halfords Balham. A couple of weeks later I got a parking charge demand letter which I took up with Halfords Balham soon after and they rolled their eyes saying 'Not another one, We get these all the time'. After I explained I was in the store the whole time, they proceeded to sort the matter out for me. Not sure what they did but they did say that this is the last time we're going to do this for a customer in store as we're changing our policy. I told them their website says to contact the store if a parking charge letter is received.
To cut a long story short, they told me the matter's been sorted now so I came home happy that that was easy.
Today I got a Final Demand letter in the post which means the matter's not sorted!!!
Called the 24/7 Payment Line at 9:50pm and a guy answered saying I needed to call the same number office hours to speak to someone.
Went to Halfords the next day and showed them the Final Demand letter and they emailed TPS and cc'ed me. Got an email from TPS after a few hours saying Upon the request of the business, the charge had been dropped.

Terrible, this company is out to get the client, not provide a service. Half the time the ticket machines don't work, and season tickets are not available for car parks at a university where students have to park daily. Not every student has student finance or mummy and daddy paying for their parking but they are not prepared to have a season ticket.
If you forget you usually have till midnight the next day to sort it, but not on a Friday. if you haven't paid and the car park has closed for the day (remembering that you are in lectures which may end at different times) you are screwed. The best they can do is give the £40.00 reduced fine.

This company is not helpful at all and I will certainly be avoiding every car park they manage from now on that's for sure !!

I received a letter from BW Legal demanding I pay money for a parking fine I'm not even aware of.

I made them aware I have not received any parking fine through the post nor was a note on my car.

They then demanded I speak to Royal Mail and find out where my letters have gone...from 4 months ago I might add LOL

This is causing so much stress I now I'm in a mindset of just paying the ******s to keep them off my back !

They sent me a fine, despite the fact that I paid the correct fee for parking. Luckily I still have the ticket. They can shove their fine. In future any car park ticket I receive I will take a photo of it. This company are either dishonest or incompetent possibly both.

No stars are deserved. A shockingly awful so called company. Charging me for illegally parking at Halfords Balham when I was there on official business, getting my car serviced. They claimed they would cancel the charge as a gesture of goodwill. What a cheek. No apology was sent
