TPS have just issued another parking charge notice to me. Unfortunately for them I always keep my receipts now. So if they don't pull out they can go as far as they wish as I have my tickets. I would recommend to anyone using the National Pool in Swansea or any parking area that is covered by TPS to keep their tickets. This company cannot be trusted.

I was legally parked in Halfords Chatham. I bought a battery and a socket set, and looked at the bikes for my granddaughter. I received notification of a fine. I produced my receipt. Get a letter saying they won’t fine me as a matter of GOODWILL! Goodwill would be to apologise for incorrectly fining me in the first place. SORRY I think is the word you were looking for, your dishonesty is appalling. I will be sending details to your head office, Halfords CEO and Medway Council. Shocking.

W÷ankers, just like most of the parasitic showers that exist in this country with no regulations, from parking to unsigned bus routes to scum that entrap people for supposed littering, this country is a complete zhithole

They hire rouge parking agent at stores where free parking for costumers and defraud costumer with parking charge notice first £60. When make an appeal the ombudsman service they make decision in their favor to pay £100 for parking charge despite proof of been store costumer.

Our son working for a charity parked in New Cross Shopping centre. Despite inputting his VRM into the computer system to exempt it from charges he was sent a penalty notice for £60. Despite numerous phone calls and emails and being told the penalty notice would be on hold while it was investigated. Total parking solutions pass on the debt onto ZZPS a debt collection company. The amount owing now £170. Totally dishonest and illegal to say one thing and do another. The fine has been paid. Absolute crooks. We have legal insurance cover and will be taking this further.

Wat a bunch of bastards I say that because I worked for them they are not a company I would idvise to work for u get treated like ur a nobody I didn't ticket anyone because of the way they have hundreds of ways to nick u like not parking in a straight line etc really stupid things just be aware when u park to check the signs when u park up and check any car that had some one sitting in it they are watching u

Fully paid before I left. I have credit card payment record. It becomes my fault when they cannot find my parking record. Scammer!!!

Took a wheelchair bound nearly blind elderly lady shopping in Dunelm store in Kirkcaldy. Blue badge showing on dashboard. Because I am also elderly, getting the wheelchair in and out of the car takes time. I use a stick for my disability, so pushing the wheelchair around is difficult and slow. Because she has difficulty in seeing, shopping in such a large store with a huge choices takes a lot more time than normal…. On receiving a parking ticket I appealed. It was refused. This is discrimination to say the least and no consideration was given.

Complete scammer. They steal my bank information and charged me £24 for five minutes of parking. I tried to contact them so many times but they never responded. Avoid them at any cost!

Monumentally overpriced fine for being just a few minutes over my prepaid stay.
I would like to know how £100 pounds can be appropriate fir overstaying by just 20 minutes.

Poor to get hold of someone to speak to payed my fine then trying to fine me again with dept collector threats can't get hold of anyone on the phone scammers is how it looks

Absolute scum this company tried a pre court chat to ask what I was prepared to pay which made me laugh. Why would I pay these scammers anything I put my registration into a machine which was at the counter where I was and why I not if it’s free. I then received court threats with a ridiculous fee and now they have escalated to court and cannot wait for this day . I will be speaking for everyone and this company need to be stopped they just prey on people and do not pursue things in the correct manner. I will be asking for the calibration certs for this machine as it will show the record of me signing in

Crooks. Charged a £60 parking charge for staying 43 minutes at Halfords retail store in Chatham Kent as a genuine customer having a battery replaced. The delay was caused by Halfords waiting for a member of staff to become available to fit the battery. The waiting time is limited to 30 minutes which is ludicrous in a busy store where there is a queue of customers waiting to have components fitted.

Received a £60 fine for parking at DuneIm in Wrexham. Two hours is insufficient for those with walking difficulties. The charge is completely unjustified. Appealing is a waste of time and money - clearly just a cash-grab tactic. Disgraceful company!

Paid to park at Wales National pool, Swansea.
Accidentally overstayed by 20mins due to sports event starting late and was unable to find a way to top up the parking at the time (it was 920pm, off peak, unattended and dark at the time I left).

Weeks later, I recieved the letter informing me of the parking fine, dated 4-5weeks earlier, by this point the appeal
Period of 28days had passed.

Tried to appeal anyway but a pointless exercise that has just ended up costing me more due to delaying payment.
Have now had to pay over £130 for a 20min overstay. Treated the same as someone who hadn’t paid for parking at all, no discount/discression for unplanned overstay.
Appeal process and any contact with the company is useless.

Have been made to feel like a criminal when it’s the company that are. I’m disgusted by them and their operating procedures!
So upset and distressed by the whole thing!
AVOID USING ANY CAR PARK OWNED BY THIS COMPANY

Parking Charge Number AT5000458 (Vehicle: LB69CUX) I was charged GBP50 for parking at Waterloo Station. I was using a Service vehicle courtesy of Tesla. I have proof of payment of parking charge for less than one hour on my Revolut App. I appealed the charge and 27 days later received a reply that my appeal is denied and case closed because Tesla automatically paid the fine. I asked for 10 digit number for POPLA service twice by email and received no reply. I am unable to appeal this unjust and unethical action.

This company runs the car park at Swansea National pool - university gym. It is supposed to be for the benefit of users of these facilities, but is increasingly completely full of cars belonging to students going to the university and people going to work in the hospital and city centre. Presumably the pool and gym pay the parking company but are being denied business by customers being unable to park. The company should take steps to ensure the ability of sports centre users to park instead of permitting the world and his wife to take up all the spaces.

While on holiday at Camber Sand with my partner and sister who is wheelchair bound we parked in the strand quay carpark using a disabled bay and blue badge, not thinking anymore of it we went to a local cafe for breakfast..weeks later we received a fine for £50 for not getting a ticket, when I appealed and informed them that we had parked in a disabled bay with our blue badge..our appeal was denied stating they do not give concessions to blue badge holders, then why have disabled bays?? except to con people who are already disabled into a false sense of being safe..this company are no more then criminals and lowlife scum!!

I had parked in Long Buckby Station car park and, in error, parked on this company's spaces instead of Saba with whom I had actually booked online. I didn't realise the car park was run by two companies! Only upon my return from my rail journey did I see the error of my parking situation. Having read the (unfavourable) reviews on here I called this company expecting a poor conversation and end result. I carefully explained my situation to Sylvia in head office (Kettering) and, to my surpise, she was most helpful and without much hesitation she agreed to waive any charge that might have been due.
A compassionate and caring response to a simple error for which I give 5 stars.
