The website does not link stock level to their items, as if I knew they would not be in stock, I would have researched alternatives, also the delivery time needs to be shown on their website as it also affects decision(s) on what to choose. So if you are not in a hurry, it is a very good website. Great staff.

I wanted to clarify that our website does display stock availability and estimated delivery times for each item to assist customers in making informed decisions. However, in your case, the products you selected on 19/08 were from our Furniture & Electrical store, which is exclusively available for collection at our Rathkeale store as stated in the T&Cs and at displayed when you add the items to your shopping cart. Since you chose a Newcastle West pickup, we needed to transfer the stock to that location, which resulted in a slight delay. We kept you informed throughout this process, and I hope this clarifies the 24-hour delay you experienced.

No go
stock adverstised, paid for it then told me extra cost to post 55 euro, agreed to that, then emial to say they canceled the order, due to all there stock being damaged, just did not want the hassel of posting one item,

We would like to clarify that we only had 4 units of the item in stock. Due to the size and nature of the product, it required a pallet shipping charge of £55. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the 4 units showing as in stock were unfortunately damaged and not in sellable condition. This item is not typically kept in stock, so we attempted to source it from our suppliers. However, we were informed of a long lead time for restocking.
After exploring all possible options, we regrettably had no choice but to cancel your order and issue a refund as a last resort. We understand how frustrating this situation is and are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
