Excellent customer service
First time ordering from this website and it was an incredibly positive experience. I placed my order over the weekend and on the Monday received a very apologetic email saying the item I ordered was out of stock. I was offered an alternative which I was happy with and it was delivered the next day. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Received wrong size fire grate on delivery…ended up having to drive to adare shop to get proper size .. which lady at the desk had not a clue where to find ..after 2 more wrong sizes brought out I eventually got right one

Our team promptly attempted to process your order the following morning and contacted our suppliers. When you called less than 48 hours after placing your order, we had just received an update from our suppliers that the product was unavailable. We informed you immediately and issued a swift refund.
