Great aftersales and customer service
Had an issue with a mirror I brought from them. It was really well packaged, but upon opening I was surprised to discover a big crack down the middle. I was expecting some push back, but they issued a refund promptly once I sent photos of the damage.
They were also very good in delivering some tiles which I needed quickly which were part of the mirror order, when the mirror was delayed by the manufacturer.

I took over 2 weeks to receive the tile samples. Otherwise was pleased with ease of ordering samples.

Long time for delivery
Happy enough with samples, good quality but I had to take one star down for the long waiting time( almost 4 weeks)

Three bathrooms for a new build
Jack B supported us throughout the process of planning our three dream bathrooms. He was such a huge help guiding us through and sorting us out with extras as we needed them. We are obsessed with our bathrooms, they are the jewels of our home and everyone who visits, compliments them! We purchased everything from Deluxe in Dundalk. The quality of every item from the tiles to the sanitary ware to the hardware is amazing! Our friends and family look forward to visiting to use our ‘hotel bathrooms’ 😂 We are so happy with it all!

Helpful above and beyond
Can't say enough about Deluxe Bathrooms. We were in a pickle and the team, especially Sean, went above and beyond to accommodate a bathtub order. Placed the order on a Monday and the bath was delivered in 7 days. Will be going back for all our bathroom renovation needs!

First time ordering toilet accessories
I recently ordered a few bits from them and had a really good experience.
This was my first time ordering online for toilet accessories and the website was easy to use and they actually had way more options than I expected. Because it was my first time ordering, I had a few concerns about ordering but customer service got back to me fast and were really helpful.
Overall really happy with it and would definitely think of them first the next time.
