bought a mirror cabinet with lights via Ebay 14 May 2025 9 months in and LED not operating on on door tried contacting deluxe bathrooms twice both times ignored then Ebay who referred me back to deluxe bathrooms still ignored went to manufacturer Elegant and was referred back to Delux Bathrooms. I'm giving up and buying another brand from another reputable seller avoid deluxe bathrooms on Ebay

An LED failed just outside of standard warranty and they failed to recognise my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Poor quality and worse customer service.

Terrible quality products, bought off ebay and unable to return or contact them. THEY HAVE NO ADRESS OR PHONE NUMBER. AVOID

One star is actually to much for them😡 I ordered wall paneling from them and they took order. They went over delivery time scale and I messaged them several time and they didn't respond to my messages. No communication at all!!! Take my money but unable to send orders out. Terrible company!!! and please don't use them as you will be disappointed by the service too😞

My experience with the company was good = managed double order tiles and they kindly cancelled for me - whoI spoke to was stick taking was was very kinf and understanding

Originally exceeded the 2 weeks wait, then turned up without informing me for making arrangements for a recepient.
Their were supposed to deliver yasterday. No communication from the courrier and their phones are not attended and left massages had no response.
If there was minus score they will have it.

Delux bathrooms refuse to provide packaging to return a faulty item even though the item was delivered in damaged packaging- they suggest ‘You can try to wrap this in loads of cling film’ to return a large wardrobe

My regular plumber fitted me a number of column radiators which he sourced from Delux Bathrooms. 18 months later & the surface coating on two of them was breaking down. He spent three weeks trying to contact this company about warranty conditions & was ignored at every turn. I have since picked this up & likewise have not even had the courtesy of a reply. Seems they sell cheap stuff but if something is missing, damaged or fails in some way - forget it - they won't even reply to you.

Utterly poor delivery. Demanded I came downstairs to the main door (I’m in a flat) Turned up with one person and stated that he wasn’t going to take it up to the 2nd floor. This was a wardrobe that I couldn’t do on my own. I told him to leave as it was such poor delivery. He refused to leave saying he had to take a photo of delivery. He then claimed I was violating him as I was shutting the door on him and he was putting his foot in the door. He dropped the package on the concrete which meant the mirror on one of the doors was smashed and the company have stated that it’s there policy not deliver to anything than ground floor. They circled a page on their own website but I bought this through the ManoMano site and at no point during the purchase was there anything about this policy.

I would be happy to give less than 1 star if there is an option, unprofessional and adamant staf, I wouldn't suggest this company, not sure they are genuine, when I wanted to return the items within the time 14 days I am allowed to, just don't want to take it back. Don't fall into there low price / discount trap. Luckily I brought from ManoMano and paid by Paypal I would make a claim.

Sadly the attitude of the staff will destroy this company. The despatch staff are so rude, Mini told me if I wasn’t home Monday morning I would have to wait 7 days for my delivery or reorder it. I was told I couldn’t just reschedule a deliver, now 13 days later they can’t send the shower screen as they’re all damaged & have refused a replacement. I have given an alternative product code that was in stock, but they refused to send an alternative.

Very very poor service. Ordered shower doors through manoman website. Delux were the suppliers. The delivery dates kept changing on line. Their customer service couldn't give a damn. Let's see if it turns up. Next time I'm just going to use Amazon.

Bought shower cubicle on eBay, arrived damaged, then they said a replacement was on it's way but they lied it wasn't, it hadn't even been ordered, they then gave me BS story about the company going bust, not to be trusted!

Crooks, Place an item in my basket while still shopping. When to complete the purchase to find the item had increased while in my basket. Contacted customer services to explain the situation. Was then told that unfortunately the item had increased in price and that nothing could be done.
2 days later, I had to go back on the site to check something with my order to find the price was back at the original price it was seen at.

Raised the issue with the company who clearly didn't grasp the issue, and refused to honour the price.

Got a good mind to report to Trading Standard for price manipulation.

We got a bathroom mirror cabinet that had the shelves missing and one of the doors wouldn’t adjust correctly so didn’t fit correctly. We tried and tried to get this resolved to the point that we have said we love the design we would just like it fixed. They first said that it must adjust! No it doesn’t!!
We agreed to a replacement with them now nothing.. no contact

WE needed to return our shower cubicle as we had ordered it in error. Deluxe Bathrooms recomended a suitable carrier to do this. When tthe cubicle was received in Birmingham the kept us informed and promided a quick return of our payment. Excellent Company to deal with

Ordered through mano mano our combined shower tray and panes who were excellent however Delux bathrooms who supplied the parts sent twice parts which were missing Inc a brace bar to connect to the fixed bar, however when my plumber checked the brace bar that was missing it didn't have one key component. I have been in reply to Delux on this and was told I had visibly checked myself I would not be getting this component without paying £15 for postage. Now have a shower cubicle incomplete as we couldn't start the work due to waiting for our plumber it's a lesson learnt

Ordered 2 shower screens which never arrived so i opened a case, the delivery suspiciously got marked as delivered when i messaged to say the item had not arrived. Delux bathrooms said i had to wait for the driver to be interviewed. I then got a message saying that it had been delivered but the driver had no proof of delivery so they agreed to send a replacement but never gave me a tracking number for it and have now asked for the case to be closed even though i still have no shower screens.

So i have paid over £200 for 2 shower screens and received nothing.

How is this company allowed to rob people of money through Ebay ?

I bought a Frameless Pivot Shower Door Enclosure Walk In Cubicle Glass Hinged 700-900mm. I am an experienced installer. It leaked. The instructions were terrible. Contacting the customer services was difficult. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from these people to look elsewhere and something bette quality and is helpful.

Absolutely Dreadful company and horrible customer services. The unwanted and damaged item was delivered to my doorstep, I then requested for a collection because of tthe size. I was forced to pay for the postage charges.

The customer service rep - Maya, was a real joke, with no real sense of care and attention to details. I am still waiting for the postage charges for the product. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES..
