The staff is helpful and polite

From the outset, wood floor store couldn't have been more helpful - Cliona in particular. She was very helpful, courteous and extremely prompt in her responses. Prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality of the goods. Especially when the warranty is taken into account. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again based on my experience. Thank you.

We had two deliverys from Wood Floor Store. The initial delivery was very quick and without issues. The second smaller delivery ran into delivery issues because of issues outside the company's control. I felt there should have been quicker communication from the company in the case of they delay and they accepted that and kindly waived the delivery fee. Impressed at how they handled the feedback.

I have dealt with Woodfloorstore twice now on two home renovations and they have been excellent. The pricing is excellent while the product range is vast with something for every pricepoint and the staff are extremely helpful.

We went with engineered wood this time but used laminate last time round. The prices beat the competition by a long way on both occasions.

I must give special mention to Chloe, and in particular, Martin who helped me on numerous occasions. Martin was very patient, knowledgeable and dealt with over a long period as we needed quotes for mortgage applications etc.

He took the time to talk through all of our options, each time we visited and no new samples, or revised quotes, were ever a problem.
Coupled with their competitive pricing, the experience made our decision on where, what and how much to buy, as easy as it can be. We only wish every such exercise, in a major renovation project, would have been even half as straight forward!?
